Sigh, they aren't all bad players, but they have a lacking pos 4 + offlane and no leadership. Sadly I don't even see a good hard long bootcamp solving their issues. I want to believe, but just can't.... | ||

Jacky jacky... what he means was if they just went for it instead of wasting 4-5 seconds waiting, it'd be more excusable. What they did now, there's no excuse. That's what lemon said. I really expected more. 2-1 vs ESC followed by an 1-2 vs ESC. Liquid games removed, all they did was 3-3 ESC. WTH is that about. Trying to break it down, Loda performed badly, so did handsken. EGM is playing really well, and Limmp also plays well. He could do even better with more support mid, but he doesn't need it most of the time, Which is a good thing. Jonas does what he's supposed to. Does this remove Handsken and Loda? I don't know. I really like loda, and I think he performs well more often then not. And most of the time he performs badly is when team in general does badly and the game snowballs from there. Hard for a carry to come back when everything falls. From when they first got together I feel Jonas has improved, so has Limmp. Loda is stagnant and handsken feels like he's never performing good. Maybe pass on leadership so he wont have to think of that, and/or pass on drafting so he can focus on improving his plays and positioning. If someone has to go I think it's handsken. Everyone else is fine. All in all, i feel we got to see a few new strats which was nice. But really dissapointing performance overall. | ||

I don't get why lots of you keep finding excuses fail after fail after fail, it's getting embarassing and the brand is surely suffering A LOT from these showings. | ||

According to an interview with Handsken it was a package deal that Handsken would only join if he would be playing pos 4 (and one of the regrets from Col was playing pos 5.) So there's that reason. But tbh, when they pick heroes like Io or Rubic they should fucking have EGM play those heroes. Those are signature EGM heroes that he's known to play extremely well (not that others can't play them well) but come on.. If that was his requirement to join they should've found someone else to fill his shoes. Someone who puts the team before themselves. I mean, if Handsken AND the rest agreed that his abilities are best used as the position 4 every match I could understand him being position 4 every fucking game. But that isn't the case. This is simply Handsken putting himself before the team, and the rest of the team caving to his selfish demands. It's nothing but a fucking joke. | ||

EGM has been in the need to expand his hero pool And Handsken is wise enough to know he needs to do the same It's a question if you prioritise winning right now or becoming more complex players for the rest of your career. | ||

I see that Alliance are making some drafts that remind us a lot of the old Alliance. Slow, methodical line-ups, where you grind to victory and outmanoeuvre your opponents throughout. That will be definitely to adjust to as a team when you don't have everyone playing to their exact roles. We saw how long it took the previous Alliance line-up to get their groove back and get into gear. For now, jonassomfan is likely the biggest problem, and I hope they can turn it around and use him as their main asset instead. Perhaps they cannot expect him to function like BullDog did, but instead, perhaps, they can play a bit into his more creative or flairful playstyle and make use of that instead. | ||
