Yeah, that's my barb. It's a very easy build to use since WW/Wind Shear means you'll almost never have Fury problems. From what I've seen with other people, it's really good up until T3 at which point WW becomes too weak and most people switch to HotA or Boulder Toss for the much higher burst damage. The reason I use Frenzy/Maniac over the lightning stun rune is so I can bring over the +25% damage to WW. Occasionally I'll need to stop spinning to refresh Frenzy however I find the damage boost more than makes up for it as well as keeping my fury topped off for single targets. I really lucked out with the IK chest-piece, I just need to re-roll the +armour to all resist and it's perfect. | ||

Up to you which one you'd want to replace for it. | ||
