Play whatever build you can, farm 500k-1mil gold and then re-gear completely. Since you have a Skorn you should probably play Rend/Bloodlust as main damage dealer.

It's a lot easier to get started with two 1h weapons. Look for a cheap mace/axe with crit damage for your mainhand and a dagger/sword with crit damage/socket/str/other stats for your offhand. The dps of the offhand can be like 300 and you will be fine. Also, go for an immortal kings belt (or other belt with lifesteal + stats) and use the bloodthirst passive instead of the armor one. Life on hit won't cut it in inferno, but lifesteal is great. There's obviously more to upgrade, but if you are completely broke, your first 100k should go towards this stuff imo.

That actually sounds like a good idea. I hope blizz does their homework and doesnt screw everybody over if they decide to nerf the WW barb. Which is quite likely they will since more and more people are bringing it to attention. And that the bluepost said "they werent happy with it".

well, the problem is that perma-wotb implies perma-cc-immunity, which is overpowered. (actually this is by far the most overpowered aspect of perma-wotb, more so than the movementspeed bonus or the stat boni.)
but this is the general problem with barbs: they only have one reasonable cc breaker and that is wotb, a skill with a 2 minute cooldown. only because thrive on chaos allows barbs to have this cc immunity most of the time are barbs a reliable and safe class. imagine what happens, for example, to hc barbs if their only cc breaker has a 2 minute cooldown....
imho all the insanely long cooldown skills of all classes need to be reworked. they are a relic from d3's early days where only the top players were even able to farm act3 inferno at a pace of 30 minutes per 5 zones, while the same is nowadays done in 8 minutes on higher mp....

You're forgetting Leap. Sure, it's a junk skill, but so are most of the CC breakers.

hello people,
just played again after a long long time (Because I get ladder anxiety in ladder and figuring out how to deal with swarn host) gave d3 a shot for 3 hrs and finally found a legendary item worth selling. I was broke (100-500k total money) for enternity until I found that item (unity) and it sold for 26M (which I did not expect). So pretty much it was the thing that made me go back to playing and got me to have some money.
What do you suggest I use it for? buy and sell? item upgrade? im can currently run MP8 but i takes long and some packs are really giving me a hard time in repairs (sucubus/phasebeast). Before some item upgrade and skill build upgrade (rend/bloodlust WW barb, WOTB without impunity Armor passive) I can only do MP 2-max 4 and was still struggling. I got the item MP5. Another questions: Do you suggest I run MP5s as MP8s takes long to kill elites? It seems item drops is just luck and MP8 have not yeild anything good for now for me.

Also I have a couple of Uber portals I have not used, I was saying it to go with people who can handle MP10s but my friends all quit and now it stays there. Do u know a forum or group of people running organized Ubers runs in MP10s?

A couple things.
As a ww barb, you can do almost any mp, but if you aren't smashing elites (or choosing to skip them) you should lower the difficulty if you want to improve your farming efficiency. Especially true if you are dying.
Also, if you are encountering sucubai and phase beasts, you are probably in the wrong zone, lol. One of the reasons keep depths 2 is so popular is because there are less annoying enemy types.
Obviously, D3 is a game, so if you enjoy the challenge go for it.

A mempo with vit and Inna's pants with str+str gems seems like pretty cheap and easy upgrades.

You have too much vitality on offensive slots, like jewelry and gloves. This hinders your progress.
Shoulders, bracers, gloves and belt are decent
Helm: Mempo with vit and/or 240+ strength
Ammy and rings: ok until you recover some vit on other pieces, then you'll need more offensive stats
Chest: IK or equivalent with 3 sockets
Pants: 9%ias costs twice as much as 8% for top Inna's, so take that in mind. Anyway, you can get a str/vit roll capped at 100/100 or just vitality (200). I suggest Inna's with 150vit so that you can replace gems and at least one ring.
Boots: more str and/or more vit. IK boots below 150/150 are cheap nowadays.
Skorn: you can probably get 50-100dps more for a bunch of millions

Thanks for the responses! With 1.0.8 coming, should I be adding more atk speed so that I can do elites also? Currently have some issues with fury if I dont fight groups of trash mobs

Attack speed is always good. You can try a Stone of Jordan instead, so that white mobs last longer and elites die faster, but since you're using a Skorn you need attack speed badly.
