It isn't included, only way to find out which is better is to use a damage calculator like d3up or d3rawr.

it isnt included, but the one with str will be better. since the recent patches, whirlwind and tornadoes both make up about 50% of your total damage output. but the nado damage is independent from the offhand dps. thus, offhand dps only contributes roughly 25% to the actual damage output. the str on the offhand, however, contributes 100%. on a char with about 2000 mainstat, the rule of thumb for weapons around roughly 1k dps is that 2 mainstat equal 1 dps.
using these approximations, 30 offhand dps are worth about 60/4 = 15 strength. so the one with 100 str and 30 less dps clearly wins. the margin is large enough for this to hold even if many of my approximations do not hold exactly or work out on the "unfavorable" side of this comparison.

Hey guys, just got back into D3 after a long break. My barb can easily handle up to MP7-8 solo depending on the elites. My question is what do I do now? Are there any areas right now that are good to farm, or go after the Keywardens? I'm at a loss especially since I play with a friend about half the time and he too is becoming bored too quickly. We did speedruns from the start to the skeleton king a few times but that got a bit boring too. Suggestions?

Google for Alkaizer run, it is a good start for farming efficiency. When patch 1.08 will go live things will change a lot, right now on PTR there are at least 3-4 very good zones in each act.

@spena perhaps ditch the Unity for something with avgdmg/str/cc/cd? IK belt with 200+ str? Or a witching hour (though the latter would gimp your mitigation i think)? I think upgrading your gloves would be cheaper than upgrading your amulet. Also you can make up a lot of mitigation on your shoulders by crafting shoulders of vitality. All you need is a decent str roll and ar.
@sugar A3 MP10 runs are fun, as it nets a boatload of xp and elites can be tricky depending on affixes. Makes it fun. I like to get 5NV stack before running AC1 and 2. Blitzing through Keeps 2 is also entertaining.  If you can do it with a ruby in helm and a hellfire ring, it's a crazy amount of XP.

hi guys, I've just come back from a long time away after the act 4 keywarden repeatedly refused to drop the plans for the inferno machines.
I've got a budget of around 10mil and I was wonder how can i improve my barb. I've also looked at some budget guide here and there but doesn't seem right to me.

10mil can get you a full IK set, which will solve your WotB uptime issues. Not saying you need to go this route though. I'll assume you plan on sticking with your current Sprint/WW build.
You need 24% movement speed, you only have 12%. Your are also lacking a bit in IAS and hp.
A lot of your gear can be upgraded very cheaply, specifically your boots, offhand, pants, both rings, chest, bracers and shoulders.
Replace your chest with an IK chest. Budget 1m for a chest with around 100str/100vit. You will gain some AR and have 3 sockets. Try to look for one with the most armor given the above.
Replace your boots with either IK boots or Ice Climbers. Again budget say 1m. Both will give 12% ms bonus so find one with the most AR str and vit within your budget.
Replace your bracers with Lacuni's. This is your most important upgrade. You have decent cc% so just look for one that has 100+ str and 9%IAS. Lacunis with cc% are still pretty expensive.
Replace your pants. Just look for a rare item on the AH and pick something for 100k gold. Easy upgrade.
Replace your offhand. Again, look for a rare axe/dagger/sword on the AH. Grab one with ls, not loh. Look for other nice stats too like 100+str, 80%+crit dmg, and a socket. 800+dps. Throw in vit if it doesn't up the price a lot. These go for dirt cheap now.
Your rings are also easy to upgrade. Look for rings with 4%+ cc, avg dmg, str, vit or life%. I'm not sure on prices but I think you can add in 20+ cd or 6%+ ias and still be under 1m per ring.

Tell him to get a (lifesteal) skorn and go for a rend build. Also craft ~20 bracers. Should result in a massive upgrade. Replacing firewalkers with zuni boots will also be a cheap big dps boost at the cost of only some protection.

I feel like my crit damage is way too low. Should I equip another amulet? I have one with like 56% CD and 5 CC on it in the bank, instead of this one with 9.5 cc and ias. Where the correct place to gain more CD?

you should absolutely not swap your weapons. in general, your gear seems quite balanced. what i noticed, however, is that you have 5 items with ias. usually, the bp is reached with just 4 of them, but you should check that in detail. if you can indeed ditch one ias slot, it should be the amu. there, you can get up to 100% crit dam.
another slot that you should change are the boots. get some with more str. since you are not using the ik belt, this wouldnt make you lose any set boni anyway.
some time in the future, you will want to upgrade your mainhand. low 11xx dps with only 70% cd is not that great. better get one with maybe 1180 dps and a socket.

Right now I have 2.30 attack speed, I believe BP is 2.2222 or so? Without the belt I had 2.19, so I figured I needed it. Do you recommend something like ice climbers for me then, in the boots slot?

well, when you go for ice climbers, you would lose the movementspeed, so i wouldnt recommend switching over to them yet.

Looking for upgrade advice again. Looking to get as close to 200k unbuffed dps as possible while still rockin' the SOJ.
I'm aware I can upgrade to a 250 str mempo and a 250 str IK belt already, just can't seem to find a good deal atm  .
