Intel is sponsoring the GSL. More specifically, this GSL is called the "second generation Intel Core GSL" (which is a lot shorter in hangul), where "second generation core" just means the i3, i5, and i7.
The remainder of the press release doesn't have any new information, except that these guys will be performing at some point during the GSL (thanks Selith).
An aside: I have a hunch that Intel is also sponsoring whatever Inc's big announcement is, so essentially everyone should run out and buy an i7 asaply.
Hm, looks like GSL Mar. hired that k-pop girl group, "Secret".
"As a note of interest, GSL Mar. will feature girl group "Secret" (among many other planned programs), who have become famous recently after having achieved no.1 spot in the pop music program rankings with their song, "Shy Boy"."
I'm sort of the computer/tech support guy for my friends/family circle and I always recommend people to buy Intel, and I always tell them it's because Intel's better, but really it's because they support SC2 so much <3
Hmm... I smell a little advantage for those guys playing on the SlayerS clan...
In all seriousness, it's great to see big corporations getting involved in e-sports! More exposure for everyone and everything involved, exactly what we need in order to get SC2 out there in the mainstream!
I love seeing Intel being so involved in sponsoring. I've been wanting to upgrade to a sandybridge pretty soon, just giving me even more reason to do so.
Also cool they are getting the kpop act there, seems to work well in getting people.

Sandy Bridge processors themselves are OK. The SATA controllers were messed up on the motherboard (using specific controller). All the affected boards were recalled, and the revised version is set to be released soon.
