Second game I was playing alch vs timber safe lane. Not a fun matchup, especially as the veno that was supporting me arrived in the lane when timber was already level 2. I had shit farm but went midas anyway. Meanwhile our tinker fed to pudge mid and we lost all our T1 and T2 even before we touched one of their towers. Once again I had to buy my own wards and the courrier was still not upgraded 20 min into the game. It's weird because that's not something i ever see anymore in my games.It's probably because i'm often playing support though... However we somehow turtled for 30 min, lost 2 rax but I sneaked a roshan while they were getting the second one. We ended up defending their push and go mid, take T1/T2, i initiated with aegis, popped backed and used my fresh bkb to kill them all and throne. | ||

Not everyone gets high numbers. yeah it probably does take it into account to some extent atleast when you start playing your first 10 "placement" games for example Fear went 5-5 in his first 10 games and finished with 5286 solo MMR while I know people who won majority of their first 10 games and finished way lower than that. | ||

But more importantly, why does it need to be easy to change your MMR? You have 3k games, the system should have a good idea of how good you are. If you start winning games you are supposed to lose or the other way around too often, you uncertainty increases and your MMR adjusts anyway. | ||

Ranked MMR and Default MMR are different things. Volvo can just use Default MMR as initial Ranked MMR without 10 qualifying games these can change a bit MMR. | ||
