I also play team games more than anything else and its now very hard to judge your opponents and your partners skill without wasting a lot of time. I think most people don't mind the layout, but it sure would be nice to see your division standings and ranks in 2v2 3v3 and 4v4 again without all the hassle.
+1 That's exactly the idea, and I completly agree with what I put in bold from your text.
I also agree with the F5 shortcut :D
+ Show Spoiler +Btw, it's still funny/sad to see how ppl can be arrogant/mean when they don't agree with an idea. I don't care people doesn't agree with my idea, but why don't you talk in a respective langage like if we were talking in real life?

I have to agree with the op that the new interface is really annoying. People then to have like 15 different teams so the overview from leagues and ladders becomes blurry to say the least. You used to be able to estimate someones level by just looking at the front of their profile and if they were in master you could see everything. I recently did placements and lost to two guys in bronze. I was like wtf they could actually play, turns out both were high master players probably portraitfarming. Takes ages to find that out now.
For the people bittching about the open beta, I didnt know they were going to change the ui for your profile. I assumed it was just for custom games that I never play. I guess I got myself to blame for not reading into it but even if I did I would not have expected it to be this annoying.

Yeah and you still have to search for the map in 2 different locations it takes a while

So, next time I'll go to a restaurant I will sit next to the cook helping him to make me a better meal. Makes sense, right? And yet, we have been asking about the win loss ratio for months and they ignored us. Why should I beta test for them? To get my suggestions ignored? Nice try, you go on and have fun in buggy betas you may even pay for (annual pass, anyone?). I still want to use my limited time for gaming to play the actual FINISHED game. And I have the right to give them a feedback because, you know, I paid for it.
its already a finished product!?! you paid for what it is currently.. if you do not like what it is now then ask for your money back... you have had plenty of time to dislike blizzard and how sc2 operates but you still play.. as you actually DON'T have a problem with the game... therefore EVERYTHING you say in regards to the game is incorrect because you bought it and play it... but don't help its development if it requires you to put in effort. you poor poor man. it must be so hard for things to look a little incorrect.. it must affect your mmr so much.

I'm sorry, I'm not paid for beta-testing and even so, blizzard shows me no respect so it makes no sense for me to help them out. Valve seems to respect "me" so I'm active on the dev.dota2 to help with suggestions and discovered bugs.

Barring the coarse language, I agree with you. Blizzard didn't exactly spring these changes on us; they gave us plenty of time to check out the new layout, and they asked for plenty of feedback.

It's almost as if the company that made wc3's amazing battle.net isn't the same company that made SC2's bnet...............

I only help companies that feed my ego. if they don't, they don't stroke my ego, their game can burn.
"blizzard show me no respect so I'm not gonna help them fix the issues I have with the interface"
so you are saying that... you won't report the issues you have with the UI because they (an entire company that creates games) don't 'respect' you.. and because of this.. you're going to continue not helping them.. so they can release a product that you still don't like.. then complain about it on forums... dat logic.

One side says you had your chance to test the open beta, and now shut up because you have lost your chance to give feed back.
The other side refuses to test the open beta in order to give feed back, but complains that Blizzard is not listening to the community.
Both sides are overreacting a little. Get a grip of yourselves and calm down everyone.
What the OP really wants are some of the stats relating to team games back. The OP probably worded his original request wrongly, by asking for the return of old profiles, but it's clear that the real issue is the removal of some team game stats. It's pretty simple really.

Personally I love the new ui, I am very tired of hearing people qq about it.

My ego gets bigger because they make the game BETTER for EVERYONE ? You are out of this world.
No, I will not help it's development ( sc2's ) because as I said, blizzard does not respect me "the consumer", but I will complain a lot because they deserve it. It's a bit cunty, sure, but Blizzard raised the bar very very high with earlier games like Diablo2LOD,WC3 and SC:BW and now they've seem to not really care about any1 with a brain. You don't see a mass of people complaining about some random game developed by a random company.
Don't fall in the "trap" of "I'm a self-righteous customer". It's simple, I bought a product with expectations that are not really my own but based on what they promised.

the new interface is horrible for people who are playing 1v1 and want to take a look at the points of the opponents. the new arcademode is pretty nice for custom maps but the ladder and profile interfaces are pretty bad
Old Interface is miss you ; (

That's true, if I had te repost, I would put as title : "To Blizzard : Give us more stats on our profile like it was on our old profile" EDIT / I've changed title on bnet to : Give us back more stats like on our old profile plz !
Doesn't really care of the UI, just what's in and how

really, who gives a shit about the ui.

You know I actually did bring this up during the beta and participated in a thread dedicated to bringing in more statistics (see link below). To me stats, automated tournaments, and lack of in-client streaming are the 3 things holding this game back.

While this is a little angrier than necessary, I agree.

Let the facebooktimeline debate continue! grow up ladies. We play the game not the UI

Also, I want to point out that the "Open Beta" was handled very poorly. Blizzard should have provided information about what feedback they were receiving and how they used the information to make additional changes after the beta start date. Ideally, you'd create a dialogue with your customer-base. In this situation, we got to throw things out there in a forum and hope something stuck.
