Normally, after a refuse of the player, the question that one good manager should ask is : WHY ? Did you asked him, he might had some reasons (being sick, not able to play etc )? I am asking that, because before this WCG, I told Lamer that he will most probably lose by some Korean, Leg or Fish, and he needs more practice in TvP with gosu Tosses. He told me that Fisheye didn't want to play with him (actually they played only 2 games). So, the reason the show match being not held, might be not only Lamer, but Fisheye as well.. anyway, these are just guesses. By your explanations Lamer was doing whatever he wanted. As you had contract with him, you must be more precise saying : Lamer is not following the contract, and he will be kicked out. You said also : Everyone in TeamPlay is under contract for many reasons, the first one is to keep everything clear and fixed to avoid any kind of problems. So, the question is: Why did you make new rules, after signing the contract??? You know Lamer for a long time, and you've just realized that he is a big problem.. when he made some name in non Korean BW comunity? I think you have taken it a bit more personally after his statement "gimme more money or i'll leave", as you said it 2 times already in your posts. That sounds like the most probable reason why he is not in Teamplay anymore. He just wanted more money and you didnt give it. And now, not to make a bad name for the Team, you over exaggerate some things. But I am curious, how much was the money problem? 50 Euro 100 Euro? I bet is no more that that. Rain, I don't what to argue about your decision, you are the manager, you want the best for your team of course, my point is that Lamer is not that what you are trying to prove! | ||

1) lamer is a great foreigner no matter what 2) rain led sol team, ita team, play team he always got problems with ppl and always argue on forums some thougth 1) cloud gained 2000000 consideration points to me in the short dialogue with lamer in those 2 games saying something: "i'm not good enough for tot, i dont wanna sign for play.it cause money shouldnt be involved in this game"... that guy is considered but a good 90% of ita community the best ita player, he showed skill playing, qualifying to wcg, and take great distance from ita-community -where every shortdicked D+/C3 goes around saying he's cool and skilled and blabla - showing an unknowed humilty to me2) maybe manage high level team led to argue on forum constantly or maybe is a way to be leader, i will be very interested in having some thought on this by other tl.neters - in my experience of team leader, i got argue on forums but still dont like rain style, he constantly point out on his age -same as mine- he constantly bitches on how much he need to have tranquility... change approach to bnet/sc/bw stuff ? a couple of ums per night and stop ? -.-" - 3) the infinity discussion from manner or skills ... i honestly dont give a fuck of manner, i dont play with bm, i'm not friend of bm, but i love to see replays from skilled player and i definetely prefer to see a rep pack from a skilled/bm than from a 50apmNoob/gm... so i really dont get why this neverend discussion still happen my two cents tnx for reading hopefully my english will get better  | ||
