[NEEDS REVIEW]Hacker Name: Lone / RatZDeeZer Replay: http://replayfu.com/r/6T9Pgc Description: Possible Map hacking and or production tab hacking. I just finished looking at the replay several times. There are two major aspects that I find incriminating. The moment when he builds and cancels his pylon and builds it again to stop the zergling rush and the other time when he sent the stalkers to defend his mineral lines. Honestly, I don't think that this is enough evidence because the first time, he may just be completing a wall-off and he decided to change his mind so he can later position a zealot there. Then when he saw the zerglings coming, he had to build a pylon. As for the banshee, he might have anticipated it since he knows that his opponents are Z and T. Honestly, I don't think this is enough to convict. Maybe he just has very good reaction skills. It is too likely that this is just a bunch of coincidence because coincidences are bound to happen once every so and so games. I don't think his case is strong enough. As for the people who are using Lone's past bronze league as a justification, there could be several explanations. For one, he has 7000 games. That looks like he played 12 hours a day, nonstop, and gotten really good in a short amount of time. He had a relatively low APM but that could be due to the fact that his economy was hurt early on and he gave up or he didn't have much stuff to do. All I'm saying is that this is not enough evidence. Coincidences do happen and you can't base strong conclusions off one game. Like they say in law, "if there is a shread of doubt, you cannot convict." Coincidences are common in everyday life. You see it everyday in the court of law. Honestly, I'm surprised about how little evidence there is.

It's not a completely clear confession, but really close enough to it to take in serious consideration of him hacking or not. All in all, he knew where you were right at the start of the game, this combined with the various looks through the fog of war at your base after the proxy pylon went down qualifies in my book as a maphack and not as a gamble on his side. Further more, he clearly follows your scouting probe for a while, proving that he can see through the fog and isn't just gazing randomly at the darkness like it should be. And on top of this comes his almost clear confession about using maphacks later in the game/conversation towards you. That all put together = cheated in my book, though this is my first review of a replay with possible hacks, so don't count my opinion to heavy here. ^ ^

There's strong evidence that he uses maphacks, and definite evidence that he uses a hack that messes with the client so that losses don't get reported. replay: http://www.sc2replayed.com/replay-videos/13967 I have a detailed post on it with analysis, pictures and replay: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=272003#1

You might as well close the thread. Agreed. You have high profile people like Protech, whose stream you advertise, calling out known hackers such as Sorcery, and now Lone, with definitive evidence (and an admission) and still both of these players are and have been active on bnet under these same names for the entire life of the game. These trolls are kids who spend literally 100% of their life on this game and in this community working actively to game the system and cheat other players. There's a real opportunity to make a difference here and yet it's completely corrupted.

He was put as non hacker cause it was the first replay of him and it seems like it COULD have been coincidence. Then, the 2nd replay came out. TBH, I think there is enough evidence to put him as hacker... but thats not my job. On October 05 2011 12:52 Peanut Butter wrote: Currently he is number 12, moved up from 132nd in one week. I have no idea if this is a glitch or a side-effect of his hack if he is using one, but I noticed that it says on the GM page that his favorite race is Protoss and yet when you view his profile it says his most played race is Terran. I still have faith in Blizzard and I am assuming someone is checking him out. P.S. For all the people who are complaining about people who you think should be banned, just remember that the moderators are taking it cautiously, as they do not want to ban an innocent person. Thats cause he plays a lot of team games as terran, but his 1v1 race is protoss and since he played more teams than solos...

He's currently rank Rank 8 in GM and he wasn't that high awhile ago. High points in rep: 6:00 for no reason whatsoever randomly attack moves the bottom right of his base, he instantly reacts to killing the pylons. 10:11 engineering bay for no reason 10:47 turret for no reason 10:58 instant scan as soon as i go up ramp, no delay what so ever it's not really conclusive but im sure if any other GMs here have qued into this guy I would suggest reviewing the rep, I also got the stupid border (which isn't proof.. but weird). this guy played really strangely, the one thing that convinced me is the random A move into the bottom right of my base, he didn't even scout DTs when he had a hidden scv in my base. just a warning

Also, he proceeds to lag the game after he dies just out of spite, after saying that he was about to do so (4:41). This is actually proven by his not leaving the game when he dies so that the lag can stay, just as he foretold he would do. Stupid. edit: just noticed he's already confirmed here...
