Those are Brutal saves for getting Kerrigan portrait. This is for the achievements you earn in the missions. These in turn get you the mastery portraits ie. Adjutant, Ariel Hanson, Gabriel Tosh, Matt Horner, Tychus Findlay, Zeratul, and Valerian Mengsk. Some of the saves yes are from those people that are achievement saves. Those people are getting credit for them. I do appreciate your concern.  If you wish to contribute please feel free.

Pretty sure achievements dont work with saves. I've loaded replays where the mission was played on like brutal in 20 minutes and the achievement was finish in 25 minutes and I didn't get it.

They do XHassassin. Not every one of them works. But a good handful do. Some of them are trigger events such as "One Shot Fifty Kills." I will try my best with the support of people to get these done. But yes you are correct some do not work for everyone. It's strange how some get the achievement and others do not but we should be able to find a way around it. Thank you for your concern.

Whoever uploads the files pretty much has to have saves of their game BEFORE they got the achievement. For example, if you have to kill 250 more Zerg units than the 1500 required on normal, then whoever uploads that save has to upload it before they get the achievement themselves. If they have already got the achievement in a previous game, then replay it and upload a save of them killing 249 Zerg units, then the achievement won't be effective.

What the heck, I just went ahead and created an account. This is Demolition Man, the normal achievement for Shatter the Sky:

Unfortunately I didn't realise the mission would end without me having a chance to save it, so all you need to do is select all the units I have (140 or so army with medics, marines, etc) and attack move to the final reactor that you need to destroy and the mission will end and you'll get the achievement.

The normal achievement for The Great Train Robbery (Bully the Bullies) - I've got it saved just as my army is about to engage the marauder patrol team:

Just load it up and you'll get it, as I've saved it just after killing the final train. Let me know if it doesn't work, as I also have a save of it just as the final train is about to meet my army.

Simply load the file and Tychus is just on his finishing rounds of destroying the remaining Starport (after having already destroyed a Barracks and Factory). The achievement will show up about five seconds later.

Did you get Tychus to attack something other than what he was already attacking when the file loaded? I think he was finishing of a Barracks when I saved it. If it still doesn't work just do it yourself... It's easy enough and literally takes one minute from the beginning of the mission.

Hey guys!
Just throwing in an update! Thank you to all of the people contributing you guys are amazing! We are getting close to completion. After we complete this we can do other mode achievements for those who still wish to get the hard completion for the Arcturus Mengsk portrait. We will do those after this list is completed. Keep up the awesome work guys!
In response to Dezire: I apologize for not posting any description of the achievements. It will flood what is already somewhat flooded with text. If you wish to know what all the achievements are and how to earn them please visit (http://starcraft.wikia.com/wiki/Achievements). This is where all the achievements are listed for the campaign.
The list will be updated again later tonight and I will do my best to update it twice a day as I know we are all in different timezones. Also if there is already a save that is listed and you post it. Please understand that I wont be able to post all of them. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for understanding.

My first play through was on Brutal and I did all the achievements as I went along (sometimes setting up, saving, beating mission, loading, doing achievement) so I was going to get all elitist and complain about people being able to share saves. And then I got hurry up it's raid night from you guys and realized the point of all of this. Thanks for sharing. <3

Thank you TO_slide! Good posts! It seems we all need a majority of the trickier achievements lol. Myself I need 13 more achievements and then it's off to beat the campaign on Hard as the Kerrigan portraits did not count towards hard for some bizarre reason. Oh and lets not forget the dreadful lost viking game. There has to be a way to beat it by some means lol. Other then that we are well on are way to completing this!

Certa: If you still have some of these saves or are willing to help contribute please by all means feel free! :D We would gladly accept any of the saves for the achievements you are willing to share. It would help get this list complete a lot quicker. As I know I am only able to upload the achievements I have done and most of them sadly are from patch 1.1.3. So I need to redo them. I would be extremely grateful especially many of us on TeamLiquid if you would share them.

They were from a few days after release, sadly. Also, unfortunately, all of my saves are really ... unorganized and from random points. I didn't save just before beating them, so the only advantage to using my saves would by just having a good lead, if they work at all.

Okay, I see lots of people saying Echoes of the Future is not working. I will take it down. It may be one of those ones you have to do on your own. I remember having to do it on my own as it would not work. Taking it down thank you for noticing this tntn.

Ah understood TO_slide. I did not know if you already had unlocked a certain achievement you could not do it and save it for others to get credit. That is very strange. Well thank you for the Lock and Load save and I will post it up on the OP.
P.S. I have an old save for the 4 Hatchery kill. I will have to redo it as it was from a much earlier patch. I will try my best to have it for you by tonight if I can get the time too. It took me several tries so I feel your pain.

Thank you TO_slide! For some reason MegaUpload does not work all the time it is very unreliable lately. I appreciate you re-uploading to MediaFire. I will do my best to update the OP. What I will do for the 4 Hatchery kill is Save it with a military big enough to kill the hatcheries. That should work I would assume it is also a trigger achievement (earned right as you do it not at end of mission screen).

i suggest either blocking the banlings with a force field at the bottom of the ramp and storming them or sacrifice a sentry and let the banlings blow themselves up. the tanks are kills 224 and 225

I'd upload it but for the fact that I'd already done it... Sigh, had this thread come out earlier I could have contributed a lot more.
The main thing with that killing Hatcheries one is that if you kill one Hatchery and go away for a while, then come back it's usually been rebuilt. So you only need to go for two locations max.

Question: Are you guys almost positive that once the person earns the achievement they can't share the save for others to get it? I will still do Hatchery 4 kill (before I kill the Hatcheries and I will give you a save with none killed but with the military to kill them. I say it's worth a shot.

i'm pretty sure that's how it works...for example my Psionic Assault save...
i had a save 2 waves before winning.
beat those 2 waves
got the achievement
reloaded last save
beat one wave and part of second wave
saved (so the achievement would be easier)
posted 2nd save
didn't trigger achievement
i just posted the original pre-achievement save. can anyone try that it? that doesn't have gold for Psionic Assault?
the next option would be for us to trade log info and beat missing achievements on each others accounts and post those saves....

Okay... That took much longer then I expected. Blizzard must of made it more difficult and did not tell us hehe. Here is what you need to do:
You will need to take the army that is current near the top of the map. Kill the closest Hatchery, Nydus Worm, and Spine Crawler (Try not to kill any Drones if any that will mean you have to start over from the save. If you kill all the drones they can't morph in two new hatcheries). Move your forces quickly to kill the second hatchery and immediately pull out and place your units in what looks like an entrance into the side of the mountain (If need be I can upload a screenshot as well). Hold off for about 30-40 seconds and then immediately rush into the spot where the first and second hatcheries are (They should be early stages of morphing) and snipe them off as quickly as possible ignoring all other Zerg.
Then of course Congratulatinos you got yourself an achievement! :D

So the solitaire worked towards my hard completionist. However, the Aces high or Blitzkrieg would not work towards it. I have the hard achievements however i am just not getting credit for actually completing the mission. I only lack All in, Media, The Dig, and Belly of the beast.
Any idea why Cutthroat would work towards it and not the others??

Glad to see we have figured out how to work these achievements! Lets try and refrain from lending each other our accounts as I would not want someone to be liable or myself to be if anything happens to that persons account. I know we all keep are computers secure with anti virus protection etc. but no one wants to be a victim.
I am not by any means saying I can't trust some of you guys but I am more concerned about what may be hidden away in your computer that would compromise the account. I hope you guys understand.

Please note, I will not be putting the Challenge saves in the OP. This was designed for campaign achievements. Those are unfortunately challenge achievements. I am not sure about everyone but I know I wont be able to contribute to that list as I did those months ago. I did those right after release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry Zooalt and other folks - I think I've figured out why my one and the other achievement I contributed for Media Blitz don't work. The reason is because I save them right as the final buildings are destroyed. The achievements need to be saved them WHILE the buildings are being destroyed, otherwise the achievements don't work for anyone else other than yourself. It's like even though the achievement doesn't show up until the end of the mission screen, they must be triggered before the ending cinematic in the game. Bah! But will keep that in mind for future saves.

Hard achievement - yeah, I kind of fucked this one up by forgetting to save it before killing the last sensor tower, so you'll have to kill the remaining three with this earlier save. It's easy enough though as I have about 20 BCs - just micro them without losing a single one before destroying all three towers. Avoid the Mothership. If anyone wishes to load this one up and save it before killing the final tower and reupload feel free to.

I just got done doing "Army of Darkness" and "My Precious!" both insanely easy and I am here to be a generous and share these saves with you. Please check the OP for those saves. Both took hardly any time! Just an FYI for those requesting specific saves. Please note that some of us have done certain achievements prior to this and therefore will not be able to share the saves. Please understand I know that it sucks. Myself I wont be able to do any saves for any of the following as I have done them on my own or I have loaded a save and can't make a new save for the achievement:

I got 52 kills with Raynor but the achievement didn't activate. Was the achievement already activated on your save?
EDIT: nvm, the achievement didn't flash on my screen but its there on my profile after i reconnected to bnet, so i guess it works. thanks for the save.

Nope, that save is right before I got the achievement, in fact I loaded that very save after I botched my first attempt at it to finally get the achievement, if anyone can confirm if it works or not I would appreciate, maybe I can share a slightly earlier save to see if that works.

how do I get the actual mission achivement completed? Like I finished all achievement under certain mission and its not completing the last 3rd one.
Edit: Complete all mission objectives in "X" mission <- These won't pop up even though I have everything under that mission completed.

Goodseed: Those you have to do on your own. Those aren't included in these saves. Those achievements must be completed on your own. Just play the mission on casual. Easy as that. If you want completion achievements then you will have to Check other topics. This is for campaign achievements that require you to do a certain task like Kill something or find something. Sorry man.
Everyone Else: Great job guys! Awesome to see what we can do when we work together. If someone wishes to volunteer for "Yippee-ki-yay..." and/or "Shock 'n' Awe" that would be great! Those would be the Only two I could contribute if I were able to Complete them. It's Awesome to see we are almost done with are list!
The last achievements that I haven't done for the campaign would be hard completion. It didn't award it to me when I used Brutal Saves but I got 25 Mission Hard Complete? Funny how that works. Then it's off to the arcade Game and beat the damn Lost Viking Gold. For the life of me I can't beat that bloody mini Game. :| Other then that guys keep up the good work.

I tried it just now, i scanned protoss base and killed many buildings with laser and i dont get anything.
Edit: I destoryed like maybe near 10 buildings and i got the achivement.. thanks !

Confirmed! It is working! You have to destroy about 15 buildings but yes it is a confirm on working! Great Job! :D Do you happen to also have "Shock 'n' Awe"? If so please upload it! I will gladly update the OP with this save! :D

I am in the same boat as Moody. I have everything done besides The Lost Viking, and Hard completionist. The only missions it says i have not completed on hard are The Dig, and All in. Which is weird, because i just used the Yippe-ki-ah save. It gave me that achievement but did not count towards HARD completionist. The same with Aces High, it gave me the achievement but did not count towards it either.

Yeah I have no idea. I did attempt to do "Shock 'n' Awe" and I did it. Only problem is I overshot it. I lost count (no joke) and then by the time I realized it was to late and I had already gotten the achievement. Now I just need hard completion (Shouldn't be to hard I don't think...?) and then Lost Viking (This one will take me forever...) and I have 1590 out of 1590 campaign achievements.

if you want to beat the viking game, google "lost viking trainer starcraft 2" it basically multiplies your points, bombs, infinite lives. is it cheap? yes. does it affect anyone else? no. so i see no reason not to do it if that is your goal.

Yeah, trainers = a really bad idea... I'd hate to get banned for just getting 4 achievements... I understand you guys didn't get banned but there is always that risk of being caught. Some do others don't. Not in the mood for logging into finding "You've been banned from StarCraft 2" message.

Shatter the sky is simple, mass science vessels, vikings and banshees (hope you got the science vessel tech :D) You can do it without losing a unit since the science vessels are mech medivacs.

Okay, I'm noticing a lot of people who want challenge missions. If you really want the Sprectre potrait please watch these videos on YouTube by PsyStarCraft. That's what I did and I beat all of them in a day or something. PsyStarCraft is an amazing Zerg player but also really good at helping with challenges. Well it looks like most of the people who need an achievement here and there need to hopefully find someone who does not have the achievement done. As if they have done it and try and make a save for it, it wont work. I am sorry but I wont be able to supply any saves for anything in the campaign as I've done everything (Except Lost Viking grrrr). Sorry guys.

That definitely is not good. You didn't click on any of the adds on MediaFire or MegaUpload did you? If so I am sorry to tell you that is on your side of the fault, no offense. These free upload sites sneak in ads and all that other junk to get people infected. I unfortunately have no power if one of these people is trying to infect your PC with a virus. As always protect your PC with AV protection and various other tools. Sorry.

No, I did not click any additional add posts. I wrote Mortal a PM to ask how to use it.
Heres the answer:
"google AHK macro program. download one and follow the instructions on running them
c/p the macro i posted and save the macro, go into lost viking and run the macro, hold down spacebar and everything's history."

Each script is a plain text file containing commands to be executed by the program (AutoHotkey.exe). A script may also contain hotkeys and hotstrings, or even consist entirely of them. However, in the absence of hotkeys and hotstrings, a script will perform its commands sequentially from top to bottom the moment it is launched.
To create a new script:
1. Download and install AutoHotkey.
2. Right-click an empty spot on your desktop or in a folder of your choice.
3. In the menu that appears, select New -> AutoHotkey Script. (Alternatively, select New -> Text Document.)
4. Type a name for the file, ensuring that it ends in .ahk. For example: Test.ahk
5. Right-click the file and choose Edit Script.
6. On a new blank line, type the following:

If it's not working for you, it might be a problem w/ your system as opposed to an issue w/ the macro or the directions. Just try and be proactive and problem solve. Turn it on @ different times, run it, pause it, run it again. Just screw w/ it and try to get it running, that's all I did.

I'm 100% sure Dead Man's Hand is right after the Great Train Robbery. The other I'm not too sure on, just talking to him after every mission worked for me (did this on my "It's Raid Night" playthrough).

i have everything but the lost viking 500K and 1 shot 50 kills.
that script from above works great. i hat to play with auto hotkey to figure it out but it makes it much easier.
i found that side misslesX2 and dronesX2 work great with space bar spamming. then just keep getting bombs.
i think the first level (protoss) is harder then the others. i breezed through the third (terran) level.
the terra-tron though is a tough boss. you need a good supply of bombs to give you invincibility when you are about to get hit by something

Hello All. I just downloaded and attempted to load the challenge saves. Turns out this weeks patch to 1.3.0 broke these saves for achievements. when i load them i get two messages. the first is about screen size, which doesn't matter much. The second message says these saves are from a previous version of SC2, and loading them will log me out of b.net and disable achievements. V_V this has made me a saaaad panda. Why can't blizz just leave the stupid saves alone each time they patch? I had a few saves with achievements I'd been working on myself and nearly had cleared and those are useless now too. ;_;

Must say the whole thing of having to do the campaign over and over again because saves just get too old is really annoying. I have played through the campaign mutliple times but probably would have done so much more often if some of my saves just hadn't gone "rogue" over and over again.
Especially when trying to do all on brutal;)

You can call me a low life if you like, but I am just frustrated. I have beaten all of the missions except for all in on brutal. All I need to have everything be complete is to have that and the aces high achievement. If anyone has a working save (under patch 1.3.3) for one of both of those I would appreciate it.
