Fucked up, I know. We were wasted and clothes came off and she passed out, and I didn't stop. We dated afterwards for a few months too, and she asked me if I finished and I said yeah, but I still feel really weird about it. | ||

Yes. It does. Consent ends the moment she is unable to continue giving it. There is some legal debate regarding obtaining consent to fuck a sleeping person, but I didn't even have that. I wasn't charged, but I am surprised considering our nasty breakup. | ||

I'd say no it doesn't, but I'd put that firmly in the 'not cool, man' category. To that guy who killed his neighbours cat; you fucking killed a guys cat?! Anyone who harms my cat is a dead man, for serious. I guess I'll contribute; Darkish + Show Spoiler + I got involved with a girl from work who has now a) relapsed into fairly severe depression and b) has made it pretty clear she's no longer interested in a relationship and just wants to fuck. Even though I can see clearly that's a bad idea and would feel like I was taking advantage of her, and I care about her wellbeing and want to continue to be her friend, I can't help wanting to do it really badly. Still fighting the good fight and doing what I think is the right thing but fucking hell it's been too long and it's hard to turn down sex with a beautiful girl even if she is fucked up right now. | ||

Last Halloween I was out clubbing, etc. and was as drunk as I've ever been. The kind that comes from steady drinking over several hours. Remembering the confession thread, I thought it would be pretty funny if I as I was walking through the crowded club the back of my hand 'accidentally' touched some girls' backsides. I did this about twice. As soon as I sobered up, I remembered that this was incredibly juvenile and never to do anything you read on the internet. I still blush a little thinking about it. | ||

The I kicked him in the face. When he got up I kneed him in the ribs until my friends took me off of him. He broke my nose and I broke his ribs haha. And I'd fucking do it again! | ||
