I think this goes to show how risky this build is and how good Jaedong is. One good storm/one mismicro and all those mutas would've been for naught. In every game JD uses this build though, he seems to at least trade in all his mutas for most if not all the HTs. But even if one or two HTs DO survive, JD's gotta have some perfect storm dodging to make something out of it all.
ACE match was depressing dumb play by hwasin, kal vs jd was entertaining to watch imo and I think kal had like 1 or 2 storms off wich killed/damaged alot of hydra that made a big difference imo.
Wow Stx fan must be the worst loser in the team liquid. So meny "should have, could have, probleby" etc. Yes Hwasin did some misstake so did JD. But all together it was a good game. Hawsin miss the scans yes he did. JD shouldent have build that guardians but he did. He "PROBLEBY" would have won that game in that moment. Its just pointless resoning of what could have happen. As the game was played JD was the better. Hwasin played better than he has done in a while.

Mech depends on map. Even the new Fantasy mech build didnt last long. I don't know how good of a T player you are but MnM is more powerful imo

I can say that Jaedong was amazing with picking off Hwasin's SVs entire game

Dude, you're a douche for undermining Hwasin's capabilities. He has been STX's ace for a while for a reason. Actually, your reasoning doesn't even matter, you're just bitterly crying because JD redeemed himself after he lost to Kal. You even said few pages back that you love seeing JD lose. Therefore, your opinion and reasoning is completely blinded by your anti Jaedong-ism. Hwasin deserves much more respect and acknowledgement, even from a scrub like you

I really dont think he did. He had only 2 addons and was constantly scanning the middle to find the position of JD's army and the main to see JD's tech, its not a stretch of the imagination to assume he was out at that particular moment.
I'm not sure if some of you have never played Zerg, but it is NOT easy scourging vessels, even if they are alone. It's not as easy as just "catching vessels off-guard" -- you need to produce them at the right time and have them hotkeyed correctly so that WHEN the opportunity presents itself you can seal the deal.
If you watch the game, you'll see that Jaedong catches vessels that were RELATIVELY well-protected. In most cases, the vessels were JUST ahead of the rest of his army. If you think about it, because Vessels are faster than marines and medics, it's UNAVOIDABLE that vessels and marines have a tag-relationship, with vessels inching forward, waits for marines to catch up, and so on and so on. The window of time in which the Vessel is slightly separated from his army is VERY small, and it requires a lot of thinking ahead, producing the right number of scourges (scourges don't come out instantly ).
Some moments seemed miraculously lucky though, but what is luck? Luck = opportunity meets preparation. I try to snipe vessels like that all the time and I fail. Badly.
Also, Hwasin didn't have enough forces to hit 5 o'clock early on, although later, there was a time when he had marine group going down there, I'm not sure why he didn't attack. He might have seen the Nydus.
It was a good game that was somewhat close (closer than JD vs fantasy IMO), but Hwasin just got out-played. JD was everywhere and the last 5 minute Hwasin was holding on for dear life to have a 2 control group army.
