It's one of those things about Starcraft that everyone argued about but nobody could prove would or wouldn't work at a pro level until it finally happened. I've always felt that the Queen was a Zerg revolution waiting to happen and somehow suspected that Jaedong just may be the kid to do it. He's certainly been schooling Terrans with them lately, it seems. he has only "schooled" 1 terran with queens... and that terran is fantasy. that isnt enough times to be confirmed as revolutionistic in any manner. against hwasin he used queens, but even when he landed an ensnare on hwasin in a battle, hwasin still managed to kill enough of jaedong's forces to make their losses even. JD would've lost more forces during the initial break @ his nat due to the unensnared firing speed of units being higher than the ensnared ones. Recently, he has + Show Spoiler + schooled Skyhigh on Byzantium with the most potent use of ensnare I've seen so far. wtf are you talking about. ensnare alters movement speed not firing speed. ...dude just shh. Ensnare does alter firing speed as well as movement speed, only a few units (ex. tanks, etc) are not affected by it

Anyway, Kal had his reavers at the front, protected them well, and had his entire army tightly packed together. Bisu had his reavers waaaay at the back, his zealots way at the front where the goons couldn't support them and had two control groups of +2 hydras in a perfect spread melting them away while another control group flanked from the right. Versus Kal however, JD was sending his hydras 1.5 control group at a time in clumps. Not only that but JD had an army deficit before they even engaged in the top middle. JD lost 2 control groups of hydras when he was attacking up Kal's ramp basically for a few zealots and a reaver. He was attacking before the HTs had enough energy for storm but it was a failed attack. He was behind at this point but dug a deeper hole for himself when he decided to go and attack Kal's nat and lost two more control groups of hydras to basically 3-4 zealots. I think JD should've waited longer before attacking, the battle would've been a lot closer had JD had those 3-4 extra control groups of hydras/lurkers in addition to his routinely brilliant muta sniping. ):
