I honestly think Canata will surprise us here. He's been chugging along solidly in the Proleague after all.

I think all the games tonight have potential to be spectacular. All the players here are exciting or are a big name or have something to prove, so hoping for some good games.

And about Forggs TvT, it certainly could use polishing. But he has strong overall form right now, and has looked ok in TvT too, although his record wont show it.
But he is strong overall, and a strong player are certainly capable of playing strong in every MU, if they start to get the "feel" for it.

Kal gets very aggressive and loses both Reavers in Canata's main. Canata now has a Starport and Kal pushes with goons while massing gates.

we're seeing a lot of amazing and exciting strategy-based play tonight.
forgg vs sea was just so great, forgg showed us his wonderful vulture control, killing 6 scvs with his first 1, followed up with a brilliant dual starport, with 1ds filled with 4vult, then cloak wraith? that's insane. and sea was completely helpless, he couldn't even do anything to defend it.
and kal with his shuttle play to ferry his units over? 2zeal 1goon in the corner of canata's base, followed up with another 2zeal 1goon on the nat, and then dual reaver while taking 2 expos at the same time? just amazing. canata just quit when he saw all the probes mining at the expos. and he didn't even see kal's 8(?) or so gates.

isn't that exactly his "game plan" that you claim he had none of? It could have been one of those cases where he is aware that he'd be weak against such a build, but is willing to take the gamble. Remember Hwasin vs some zerg on Desert Fox. In the postgame interview Hwasin remarked that he was aware that his build was weak against exactly what the zerg did, but he was willing to use the build due to its other strengths.
