As a lot of people are streaming, maybe I'll find help here
Everytime I open FMLE my PC gets REAL slow, even when not activated (wtf?) while for the last year everything was fine.
I got a amd dual core running on 2,7 ghz instead of 2,2, also being stable for a year now, so it shouldn't be a problem i guess, tried running on 2,2 today without improvements.
About my hardware set-up: everything quite worked out of the box, no core assigning and everything was fine. Since my PC now somehow gets real slow I tried that but it keeped lagging and beeing slow as hell, no matter what process I assigned to what core, no matter what combination and so on.
Having Broodwar running on core #0 and Camtasia running on core #1 with screencapture (without FMLE) works perfectly, but as soon as I add FMLE it's freaking out.
As mentioned, the funny thing about this whole story is, my PC's still freaking out even when I only open FMLE without actually running it (which causes about 2-3% cpu usage/dedication , don't know whats the english word :p )
So a Setup like that:
-Running Broodwar
-Camtasia minimized, NOT running
-FMLE minimized, NOT running
some how makes my PC REAL slow, don't know why and I've tested everything, of course if I turn both programs on, nothing changes
And yes again: A few weeks ago everything was fine, I didn't change a thing (neither on fmle nor on camtasia) but somehow it's just not working
So does anyone know why it's not working as it's supposed to? Or at least could tell me an alternative to FMLE, just to test if it's the program itself or something I screwed up
Edit: And I got the broodwar ingame cpu option, whichs name I don't remember enabled.
Edit2: On windowmode I don't got that slow pc
But playing on windowmode suxx

that's the cpu usage while recording.
First core running starcraft (only) all the time, second core running FMLE all the time and camtasia live output from time to time (when it's about 70%, camtasia was recording, when it's on 5% camtasia was not)
So somehow it shouldn't be a Problem with my cpu I gues, but why is everything slowing down if it's not the cpu?

got the right thread now, right?

To sum it up:
2x 2,7GHZ cpu, amd x64 dualcore
ATI Hd 4800 graka
Windows XP Pro (or Ubuntu, but I'm running broodwar on windows)
It's not fmle as I thought, it's just cause as soon I open it camtasia actually records with the right resolution, which it doesn't as long fmle isn't opened. So I'm pretty sure it's about camtasia and right now I tried cam 3.02, 4.02, 5.02 and 6.02 (which was quite hard to get live output working), everytime the same problem

Tested both, a 24" monitor and a 17", no changes so I'm also pretty sure it's not about scretching the screen to 1920x1200.
Casting with Windowmode works just fine. For test purposes I just ran a windowed replay on h264 loseless convertion, having 50fps. My cpu was at 30% ....
As soon as I enter fullmode, my fps is caped at 6,5 FPS, core #0 is at 10%, core #1 at 100% (core #0 broodwar, core #1 camtasiarecorder). If I don't assign cores both are about 60%, while having 6,5 FPS and broodwar lagging as shit no matter what codec I'm using (h264 / techsmith codec / uncompressed (!) )
And yeah, I got the cpu-option enabled ingame
Reading the total thread again right now, I found a few people who got the same problem, but haven't found an answer to that prob
