Definitely ask a doctor or something. If it is a serious problem, you are going to want to catch it as early as possible.

Oh, I actually had that a while back. It took a few hours to finally piss. All you can do is wait it out (I took a shit when I had it and it seemed to help, I pissed a little and the burning was a little less painful). Basically all you can do is wait it out.
I talked to a friend (when it first happened to me) who said it may be some left over semen in your urethra and the urine coming together and causing the burning (like when you first pee after masturbating).

Get the doc checkin' that rectum (that was supposed to rhyme but my mind fails). Could be prostate related but unlikely.

Wow, it does suck to be you. See a doctor, or if you refuse to, or don't have medical insurance, look up urinal tract infections and how to rid of them or prevent them. See a doctor if you can.

I think you just have to clean your penis out, try sticking a q-tip inside and twirl it up and down until it comes back out spotless.

ehm the part about it "not being a STD", there are chronic STD's you know. once you get them you never get rid of them, auto-immune STDs. and you'd be suprised how easy STD's spreads.

because if it's UTI, then he needs to flush out his system of the bacteria.
try to drink a lot of cranberry juice, there's some enzyme in there that helps kill off the bacteria as well.
