I think i got lucky with this. Well this is not the second but more like the third time i go out with this gal. Pretty good so far.
The last date we went to get an ice cream and just walked around the block while chattin a bit. When i was to leave, she offered to walk me to the bus stop and even then she stayed there chatting with me until the bus came.
So we sorta agreed that we would have a next date or something bowling. I msged her tuesday but she didnt answer back. I thought like meh... and just forgot about it.
Yesterday she logs into msn and we start a casual chat. She's angry or something and she tells me it's because she doesnt understand the boy she likes etc. So im like pretty cool about it and pretend i dont care about him, so i make a joke or two.
She logs now in the night, and we chat again. I ask her what she's up to today(friday). She says she doesnt have a plan and im like, haha good, i might blabla.
Now today i get this text msg with an invitation to the movies; she pays. I was like "yes! i knew it!". So i say, yeah it would be cool but i have to attend my dad's bday first and she tells me that if i finish early we could go to see a movie. Naturally i stopped being busy early and msged her so we actually went to see a movie.
We went to see blackjack, and we kept chatting a bit during the movie. Right after we went for a hot chocolate because it was raining. I feel there's some chemestry hehe. I finished the day taking her home.
So things are pretty smooth atm. I'm aware there's another guy she likes but im like im the one who's picking, not the other way around. So ultimately i dont care if she ends with the other guy, even tho it would be a shame. Hope things keep improving over time!
I'd like to go bowling next time, it usually turns fun

of course i let her pay, im not spending my money on a medium risk investment hehe. I dont think she has hinted im on the friend zone, because we've been going out just the two of us. We even started flirting yesterday, i think thats a good sign.
abou the guy she likes i think it's because when i met her she probably liked this guy already, now that she knows me she'll probably move on and like me. We laugh all the time we're together and we have a good time hehe. Even in the worst case possible, meaning she just dates me to get jealous the other guy(unlikely) i will just move on, because i've been dating some friends, so 1 loss is not going to shake my world, there's plenty out there. I just like this one more than the others

An, expert, like myself could explain. The far east has a different way of dating. They have a different type of romance. The thing is, when they are born in the united states, they take on our culture, but a lot of asian culture rubs off from there parents, thus resulting in confusion during the teen years. To complicate further, its a damn teenage girl, I mean... seriously, not very emotionally stable from what I have seen.
