Hey,
I'm currently in need of about €450 ($600) by tomorrow morning (CET) but have no idea how to exactly get this. I can't get the money quick enough from any bank/website and asking people for money via westernunion online so I have it in cash when I need it tomorrow morning seems to get people very worried about scams (already asked on /r/loans and heard that there).
Does anyone know about a forum or whatever that may help with this within 6 hours?
I can only provide such things as a copy of my ID and other personal information and personal meetings via skype, which may also not be the most secure way for some people to give a stranger money online.
Which is why I think paying a good interest rate (10%) would maybe help, as anyone with some extra money would probably not mind making a little extra within a month, although it's still risky.
Sadly I don't know anyone who can help me at this point and I'm quite desperate to find a place where this may be a possible to achieve.

I'm quite desperate about it as otherwise it will pile up to a lot more costs which will take any spare money from me for a few months. So paying 10% interest is still a better way for me right now.

Put some add on whatever website like kijiji or craiglist and offer collateral with a written contract.
If you have their personal information, like their phone, adress, name, etc, you can have a bit of security. If you lived here, I'd lend you $600 if you collateral your 2-3k USD car, or a LCD TV + Video game system + all games, or just other items (laptop?) in the range of 1.5-5k value based on how hard they are to sell.

Well, I'm in Germany, though. And I don't have many valuable things. Not even a flat screen TV. A rather shitty phone, etc.
Surely signing a contract to hold me accountable for paying back within a month wouldn't be a problem, but there isn't much to take otherwise.

Never needed to do this before, but typing "online instant loan" in Google spewed a bunch of sites. Or if you have a credit card, you could probably get a cash advance from an ATM somewhere.
But I'm more interested in the circumstance. Normally a person will know in advance if they will need the money or will be able to hold out a couple days before going to a bank to get a loan. Either you're highly irresponsible or got stuck with some real shit real fast. If it's the latter, please do tell. :D

Had some health issues which made me unable to work for a while last month, including some time in the hospital (I shat only water and blood). It's overall not too bad, but missing an overdue bill payment due to that would create a lot of extra cost and several months of living on barely anything

there are supposedly a lot of microfinance options that will serve you a lot better than the normal predatory loans you'd get from payday advance or pawn shops
this is in the US though, not sure about your situation in germany

as stated in the OP, I've been to /r/loans, but they basically told me this seems to scammy with the whole western union quick send because WU has no sender security, but as I need the money within the next 80 minutes (or back when I posted there, 10 hours or so), only a quick cash transfer to my local WU would help.

You need enough extra money to put something to the side, I wouldn't have to beg online if I had enough to store some money away while going to uni. Luckily it's summer break and I can work more now to pay a helper back, or to get some money to pay back the extra charges within the next months.

I was in a similar situation, but it seemed to me that the solution required a little more work than a forum post. Nowadays, all you have to do is open your phone, spend a few minutes surfing the Internet to find a source like Fit My Money, install the app, and get money without credit checks. After all, if you are in urgent need of money and there is no one to ask, you should be ready to sell anything, leave a car as a deposit, or even go to a local loan shark. Anyway, this is just my opinion.
