lol I chain-queue into the same protoss a lot too, we're both so angry after the game cause we had to play a stupid PvP that we both rush to spam click "Find Match" again at the same time..
anyways to elaborate on why i hate PvP right now since I know some people like it... the late game is incredibly boring and coin-flippy despite what Oz has said about it requiring skill (which is true early-mid game). Nearly all macro games will just be both of us sitting on 3 base going double robo colossus while teching to certain things. If I rush to a really fast mothership and get a vortex off I win, but he gets a clutch feedback on my mothership he wins, if he has more colossus in a battle with no motherships he wins.. if I didnt have cannons in my mineral lines and he drops a bunch of dts in my main he wins..just stupid stuff like that. you can't scout easily as both protoss will have an obs with their army.
There are no little battles like a zealot archon PvT where you can out multitask/ make better decisions than your opponent, it's just a few huge battles that decide the whole 20+ minute game, and those battles largely are influenced by risks the two players took because of the lack of effective scouting.

That's because everyone plays Protoss. TvT on ladder is so rare both players are like "wow a terran, I thought I was the only one left!"

Funny thing is, most times a Terran wins, Diamond or higher, I'm sure they get BM'd about how easy Terran is and how bad they are. Quite ironic.

Actually i've been getting lots of TvT's lately (diamond EU).

And people are surprised by this? People learned to stop 1/2 base timings, Terran late and early game
Keeps getting nerfed and TvP is a nightmare to play late game. Do you really expect Terrans to stick around? TvZ is just as bad but it's slightly better

There's been less terrans on ladder for months now, not really matchmaking's fault.

I played 8 zvzs today and 1 zvp. The zvp was a cannon rush.
I swear ladder just forces a fuck ton of mirrors on you.

I'm Terran I haven't played a single mirror match this week ( ~30 games )
When I face a terran I don't know what to do because I never play against this race 
I'm often playing while speaking with a friend on skype , he is terran too , he has the same problem !
every terran seem to have the same problem ^^' no body plays terran anymore or what ?

My thoughts exactly. I get really bored of ladder and havent played in a week because of pvp.

Well everyone hates on us poor terrans so eventually we stop playing. You know, if you all would be a bit more friendly .. maybe we will come back.
Flowers would be nice too, once in a while.
+ Show Spoiler +I said it in the beta, terran requires the most micro even though everyone said that it was the easiest. With the patches it made it even harder. I am NOT saying that terran is too weak, I am just saying that terran is too hard for people with mediocre mechanics. At least that is how I feel.

Personally, I just stopped laddering after I lost about all my TvP's and TvZ's that went late game. Why even bother I thought, when I have to win early or face extreme difficulty in late game.

Often I'll get:
A bunch of TvZs, and guess where in this build will get nerfed or when the Zerg is going to tell me I'm terrible.
A bunch of TvPs, do the 3rax port if I'm feeling good. Or allin! Sorry.
Random TvTs that balance my matchup history where I have no idea what I'm doing >< so just pull the good safe TvP opener 3rax port.
If you really want to get better at PvT or any matchup, you should find a practice partner because ladder is as you said too inconsistent... Or consistent in the wrong ways. It's certainly what I do, the atmosphere is different too in practice groups.
Despite this discrepancy there are more terrans on the ladder in a large scale, they are just locked up in lower leagues. Which might or might not be obvious.

Maybe you get so much PvP because everyone plays Protoss.
Maybe everybody plays protoss because it has a high results/timespent ratio. (This is not a comment on balance).
Maybe the problem thus lies in the community and not in Blizzard.
