So it has been a little bit of an extended family tradition to prank my uncles and cousins. Of course it is me and some of my brothers/cousins who do all the pranking and we only prank a select few of my closest relatives.

But this year I don't have any good ideas.

The criteria I am looking for:
-good natured
-funny
-effects are immediate (ie, don't have to wait a month for the prank to be fulfilled)
-not too inside (others can understand)

Any help would be very appreciated.

In my family we do a fun gift-exchanging game and we always have silly gifts like rolling pins, jar openers, a can of assorted nuts (my cousin hates them and almost always ends up with them), wacky toys like an odd car that plays music, and just really off the wall stuff that you'd never in your right mind actually get for someone unless you know for a fact that they actually wanted it.

Something ridiculous, idk, i hope that got your mind thinking of stuff.

dick in a box. inappropriate but it'd be funny has hell to see their reaction when you show them the box strapped around your waist. oh and the most important part, when they open the box, make sure there is a picture of dick cheney in there.

Thanks for all your replies. I really like the muzzle one!

I might make a certificate for my uncle saying that, "A donation has been made in your name to the Human Fund" (Seinfeld reference) or something like that.
