When you TLPD-ize 815, can you make the -or- function, like how there's the -or- when you TLPD players with same name? (like JulyZerg and Zergman [both 박성준], for example)

The map tornado in TLPD is not the same as the iccup map. The naturals are all different. I don't know which one the progamers use.

Excuse me for possibly being extremely dense, but I don't think the TLPD has an easy link to this page: http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/maps/balance_table.php

I have looked and not found it, but I have missed things that are in plain sight before so there is a definite possibility that it is there.

whoa that table is awesome, and i also can't seem to locate it with some light browsing; it's definately useful to have, and easy accessability would be great

would it be possible to do game set filters based on elo sets? Basically i figured that the map statistics get clogged up by good players beating terrible ones, ie why heartbreak looks "balanced" but if you go back and look at terran wins it looks like firebathero over dear, or upmagic over nbs. So my question is would it be possible to add a filter so that only games with players over x elo would show up in x matchup? I think we could get some better balance statistics with that method.

Also maybe being able to filter players out, like back when savior was playing he made maps look balanced because hed be responsible for about 80% of the wins, or flash on the original medusa for terran?
Thoughts?

I think thats an okay idea but Elo is pretty bad at rating player performance in sc for anything other than all time peaks. I doubt it would be very useful unless we had a better individual skill metric to do it on. Thats my opinion from a pretty hard numbers standpoint, I've done a lot of calculations as to how good elo is at predicting future performance and its absolutely worthless.

The player filter idea is kind of neat though, there might be some good analysis that can be done there (medusa tvp LOL).

I think it would be cool to view games by "league grouping"

i.e.:

- kespa-sanctioned games
- starleagues
- proleague [WL/PL are separate

]
- past year

etc.

or to select multiple leagues in the dropdown box but that would be weird because it's a dropdown box :/

I think there should be a checkbox that lets TLPD only show the games that are counted toward ELO. Right now, lots of event matches and prelim games are making the match history more cluttered than it needs to be.

Calm vs fantasy from OSL is listed under Eye of Typhoon instead of Eye of the Storm. This has also put Eye of Typhoon in the hot maps thing and has it saying it was used in the 2009 ever osl.
