The Finnish sauna. Those damn Swedes are/were trying the honour of inventing that thing from us, but hopefully they didn't succeed. Sauna is one of the best places in the world, because of the reasons that dude said in the page 1: Relaxing, fun, and it feels good. I also heard that it does something good for your skin, but I don't know.
Should I be proud about the Finnish people being alcoholic? Hmm..

Brazil
- Has the most biased private media in the world. Every private TV company needs closedely tied clearances from the state to run. Because of that, every local media sucks up to the government and avoid criticizing the wrong people in the government (which interestingly, doesn't include the president, who doesn't really have much power compared to other politicians in the background). An english documentary was made to show how brazilian private media lies to change public opinion. But the movie was banned in Brazil after pressure from the main TV company being criticized.

- Is the first country in the planet to use direct electronic voting machines, without software independence, in 100% of the country. This system is inherently fraudulent and makes it impossible to the voter to be sure the person you voted for really had its vote counted correctly. The manufacturer of the brazilian electronic voting machine tried exporting the model, but it was banned in 40+ countries for being unsafe. Including US and several European countries. In Equador, the official brazilian technicians that administer our elections was accused of fraud after trying to sell our machines in equador and had to flee the country to avoid being arrested. Today, only brazil and India use software dependent DRE voting machines. The average brazilian actually thinks the rest of the world envies our awesome electronic voting machines. Because of our biased media.

So thanks our country for fraudulent electronic elections to be crawling around the globe.

Not to be anal or something but im pretty sure that the last 3 years in school is voluntary, unless I missed some new law that has been added.
Isn't the "Dalar hästarna" (Dalar = province, hästarna = horses) pretty unique, påskmust and julmust aaaand (have no clue what this is in english sorry :/ someone might know though) Osthyvel. Though im not really sure about the Osthyvel.
And for those that wonder what påskmust and julmust is. It's roughly the same as soda except påskmust is only sold during easter and julmust during winter.

When you had an empire that spanned 1/4 of the world, you find that you've either imported a lot of things from other cultures (tea, something that is often associated with the British, was imported from our former colonies) or exported a lot of things to other cultures (our style of government/our style of court system is the major example). I'unno. I guess what is unique about Britain is that we either invented or popularised so much shit that everyone else uses. Just look at how popular football is... EDIT: I suppose we had that whole creating America thing. That was cool. Australia too. /trollface
Actually tea was introduced in Britan by a Catarina de Bragança a portuguese princess that married Charles II of britan! In the marriage we also offered Bombain your first city in India!
Portugal is a ancient country with lots of history and i guess that is the only thing we can proud off this days..
The worse thing we ever did was being responsible for 3/4 of the slave trade beetween africa and the americas!
The best is probably the age of discoverys and our excellent sea traditions that created some of the best discovers of all time: Vasco da Gama - discovered the way to india Pedro Alvaro Cabral - Discovered Brazil Maggelan - First to circle the earth Columbus - Many say he is portuguese! There is only 2 cubas in the world a cuba in Portugal and Fidel's cuba (Portuguese Cuba has more then 1000 years)! Not proven yet but it's gaining strenght

We buy milk in plastic bags, which Americans think is the weirdest thing ever.
