--- My next routine, for anybody who wants to check it out http://www.wannabebig.com/training/bodybuilding/baby-got-back/ Cliffs -Bodybuilding routine -4x a week routine -hits muscles 2x/week -Hits the 5 rep range and then the 8 rep range. -Rotating exercises as you plateau I just don't know if my sets of 5x5 are supposed to be the same weight for each set or if it ramps. I also don't know if I should raise my weight much for the 3x8 or if I should make it more of an accessory lift. I'll be asking people over at WBB | ||

Do you got ball hairs? Puberty'll probably grab you by the scruff of the neck very soon and throw you into young-man hood if it hasn't tried already. Jesus christ I thought I was a skinny motherfucker when I was 17 >_> Congrats on putting on weight though, wish I had've actually got serious about getting bigger when I was a bit younger, woulda made all dem teenage bishes mad wet. I know how got damn hard it is to put weight on if you're used to eating like a bird. I weighed 55kg like 7-8 months ago, I weigh 64kg now. Going for 75kg by december. If I eat like I ate today I'd make it there in two months I swear... fuark I'm so full..... | ||

So today I got up and then...... I got down again and went back to sleep. I'm dissapointed I didn't get my lazy ass to the gym considering I'm going to be snowed under with work all this week. | ||

Today was a good day! Front Squat 50kg 3x5 Easy when I can keep my form clean, starts to go to shit once I get a little fatigued though. I think I'll drop back the weight about 10kg so I can clean up my form and make them rock solid/work on flexibility Overhead Press 30kg 3x5 Felt quite good, think I might be able to break my plateau of 35kg this time around :D Deadlift 95kg 1x5 Felt really good. I've never done them this heavy with double overhand grip before and I only really felt my grip slipping on the last rep. Will break through my previous PR of 100kg easy peasy. I recorded my deadlifts as well, do you guys wanna see them? Maybe I'll upload my next pr set or something. | ||

Have decided to start working out again after a 9 week hiatus. Vacation in Thailand for five weeks then a stomache thing for 4. Started doing some lifting in the beginning of the year and made decent progress. Didn´t do SS though but im going to try it this time. Squatting 3 times a week is going to be hard for an old man like me especially since it is the lift I have done the least . Squatted twice this week and i can´t beleive how sore i was even though I used pretty light weights. Ahh can´t wait to get back on track and break new PR´s. Age: 29 Weight: 87 Current status: Squat: 65x5x3 DL: Did 3 at 125, i´ll get it next time. Bench: 70x5x3 Press: 50x5x3 No pullups, ran out of time :S. Goal: In 4 months. Squat: 110x5 DL: 155x5 Misc: More cardio.. 2x a week and learn PC´s. Doable? | ||

Bench 65kg: 5-5-5 (rehab, easy) Deadlift: 182,5kgx4 Was at a different gym today. Their benches were at least 5cm (2inches) wider than in my usual gym. That was way better for my shoulder since I simply had way more support. If someone knows how wide a bench should actually be, let me know. Went for the PR attempt in Deadlift, but did not have it in me unfortunately, The next two days I am gonna rest and do absolutely nothing. Pretty sure I'll get the fifth rep on thursday. I also went shopping on Friday and I am down one size in my shirts, which is quite nice. Still a long way to go though. | ||

Just live like a normal person and embrace the sun. That's really all there is to it. User was warned for this post For what it's worth I get this post. There's many different ways to measure strength/conditioning. The guy does come across in this post as a douche though. | ||

I reached a pretty big milestone yesterday in my weight loss and thought I'd do an update. I've now lost a total of 50lbs and I'm down to 260lbs. I've completely stopped doing cardio at the gym and my weight loss has only accelerated. All I do is watch how much I eat and attempt to be as paleo as possible. Weight lifting achievements after 3 weeks, beginning and current: Squat: 85 - 145 Bench Press: 105 - 135 Deadlift: 105 - 175 OH Press: 75 - 110 Power Clean: 95 - 140 | ||

In all honesty though, since my post 3(?) weeks ago I gained 4kg's, so that's good (82 now). It was definately necessary as it turns out I'm 1.96, not 1.94. When do you guys weigh yourselves? Like before breakfast, after workout..? | ||

I do mine after workout, I find that's the most consistent time of the day for me since my gym has a scale. Plus I'll have exactly 1.5 meals in me and wear the same clothes. It's whatever works best for you and keeps everything that matters consistent. | ||
