Game 1: Thorzain goes for Marine/Tank on 1base vs 1gate FE, manages to take out the nexus and contain Naniwa. Nani builds up forces for awhile and breaks out, but Thorzain has had his natural up for awhile. Nani brings all his probes and allins but tanks hold for Thorzain (Thor 1-0 Nani).
Game 2: Thorzain busts out Marine/Tank again, but Naniwa goes for fast charge and uses colossi to delay the push. Marines been picked off leaves the tanks more vulnerable, they get cleaned up by a chargelot/colo push. Nani moves to harass with colo/blink stalkers moving up into Thorzain's backyard, killing it, and in the end sets up a solid flank with chargelot/stalker/colo that runs over Thorzain (Thor 1-1 Nani)
Game 3: 1gate FE vs 1rax FE. Nani gets 2 colos, then switches hard to dual upgrades/storms and immortals. Thorzain makes something like a dozen vikings, and Nani pushes with storms and a huge number of chargelots (off 14 or so gates). No EMPs get off as feedbacks land and Thorzain's viking-heavy army is run down by immo/chargelot/storm. (Thor 1-2 Nani)

All things being equal (micro) the battle becomes a numbers game and late game for toss their insanely fast army reinforcement puts that factor of the battle in their favor. I never said Naniwa wasn't a beast...he made solid decisions. You are trying to argue that a warp-in mechanic that leads to the fastest army reinforcement in the game is not a benefit for toss? Terran has mules. But you still have to stream your reinforcements across the map during battles. Late game toss is the strongest in the game because the benefit of fast reinforcement when paired with solid micro increases greatly during the late game. It's the game design. Terran must win early or midgame just like Zerg is not designed to win in the early game.
