just that he's not as exciting to watch as he was in the beta, when he pwned everybody doing crazy stuff like colossi drops. now its more like... standard play. and even then, he's not the best at it =/

Not saying TLO is one of them(although he is quite handsome) but endoresements are always about exposure and popularity, not about skill

Also Sharapova is a pretty great player, even if really inconsistent also shes lot 3 grand slam.

Congrats TLO - you have always been a fan (and my) favourite Go go go SE.TLAF-Liquid'TLO! You need to do a marketing course - it's got nothing to do with being the best; and has everything to do with who attracts the most attention; usually those 2 seem to coincide, but in this case i don't think anyone would say TLO is "the best" at the moment (he is most certainly a top player) but he has always been a fan favourite that everyone comes out to see.. He gets great exposure, plain and simple.. While I appreciate your slight on my abilities, it doesn't change what it looks like. As someone else said, Tsquared was probably the best in 2008 but not really currently, so it's not the "best of the best," but it is certainly pointing out one player above all the others as a type of "favorite" (and, indeed, we'd all call TLO a fan favorite, correct?). I also put that TLO wasn't the best, so maybe you didn't read my post thoroughly enough -- I thought that putting that helped to clarify what I meant. I acknowledged the exposure thing but was pointing out the type of association it was making. The Average Joe is more likely to see it as "TLO is totally awesome and kicks so many peoples' asses!" rather than "hmm, I guess he was just the best person to choose based on audience appeal." If you still fear for my marketing credentials, you'll be relieved to know that I've written up marketing plans for a franchisee opening his third branch of an international restaurant chain and am currently fielding interviews from several marketing firms. I like to think I know at least the basics, you know?
