We already saw that code A dropouts crushed through a lot of the top foreigners, but I really want "us" to give a little bit more resistance.
What do you guys think, will Idra compete in this? If he will, why isn't he seeded in already?
Well according to GSL Idra is...
But really i think the NA server list is a bit of incomplete.
I am a little lost on how this tournament is working :/ ...not to mention how they chose those players? If some people have declined I guess that would answer some questions but regardless, I am still lost.
Don't know why anyone would say no to this as it sounds like free transport and boarding in korea for like a week to play in this awesome tourney. Still don't know how Huk isn't there for NA and Ret for europe since he just won assembly.
ok little mistake from us. It's not QXC but Huk. Sorry about that.
We contacted at least 8 players per region but these were the ones that have replied to us that they have accpeted to play. Jinro(Code S top8), Morrow(IEM), Moonglade(IEM) are already given spot. 2 from EU, 2 from America, 1from Asia will be selected through regional qualifier. All the invitees will be paid for their plane tickets.

This implies that Idra and ret declined their invite right?

Wait, what? MorroW's IEM win back in August is worth more than SjoW's win this year at the European finals?

Morrow was twice in IEM World finals. Lets face it. World Final >> European Final

John will be able to answer this better but I think they only wanted to use results from IEM's biggest tournament which is IEM world, which makes sense because all the other tournaments only lead up to that one. That's why you see Moonglade and Morrow with invites directly into the world championship.
Well I'd say SjoW's overall accomplishments are bigger or at least on the same level as MorroW's but I could see how he would be ranked higher on overall IEM results. I was just curious because it feels weird to see him on the list of people who don't have to qualify. This will still be really awesome though for sure. More foreigners vs Koreans action gogogo!
