Also having a team league with Korea VS The World will be awesome to watch and hopefully a sign of growing influence of the "foreign" scene towards the SC / SC2 meca that Korea is. Ready to sit down, tune in and enjoy this ![]()

My only frustration is on the lack of oGsMC.

I mean, in terms of accomplishments in Starcraft 2, neither Morrow nor Moonglade nor even Nada is up there with some other players. This, however, does not reflect my opinion on the choices - I believe the chosen ones had good reasons and intentions that are certainly not "bad." My only frustration is on the lack of oGsMC. There is supposed to be 8 from korea as far as i understand it, "top 8 gsl point players", Im guessing mc is in that and i wanna know who else is

We contacted at least 8 players per region but these were the ones that have replied to us that they have accpeted to play. Jinro(Code S top8), Morrow(IEM), Moonglade(IEM) are already given spot. 2 from EU, 2 from America, 1from Asia will be selected through regional qualifier. All the invitees will be paid for their plane tickets. Holy Shit. All the foreign qualifiers will have their air fair paid for? That's kind of awesome. I thought this was going to be an online event, but knowing that all the competitors will be in the GOM studios has me much more excited. With air fair being a non-issue, I'm really surprised some people have actually declined to attend. wtf.

* World Team League : 2 days of team battles featuring 8 Korean All Star Players vs. World All Star Players. 1st day will end when either team achieves 4 wins. Rest of the matches will be played on the 2nd day and the team that achieves total of 8 wins first will win the league. * World Championship : Ro16 single tournament and players will be placed through drawings. Ro16 Bo3, Ro8/Semi Finals Bo5, Finals Bo7. I am sorry but I do not understand the format. 1) Who are the All Star Players? How will it be selected? What do you mean with All Star? Are there already "All Star" players in SCII? I really have issues with the All Stars. 2) Aren't there more than 16 players? If you invite 4-6 from the 4 SCII continents you will end up with more than 16, especially with the 17 names already given in the OP because the Koreans aren't in that list yet. Or are the names listed in the OP candidates for this World Series? I am sorry but the OP isn't completely clear, or am I being dense? NHY REMOVE YOUR POST. Damn spoiler?

Damn spoiler? 1) Its GOM... 2) They invite 4-6 players to online qualification. EU and NA servers get 2 spots, Asia 1. So in the end we get 8 Koreans's (GSL TOP 8), 4 EU (cause Morrow and Jinro are seeded), 2 NA, 2 Asia (Moonglade seeded). They will play in team torunament. First team to get to 8 wins win. Will be played over 2 days. First day ends when one team gets 4 wins. And the individual tournament will be between those 16 players. Format still unknown.
