OMG promoted! so awesome
ANNND since my division is new and the ranking is unsettled I somehow managed to be on the 2nd spot lolol, check it out!
With that being said, I still don't know how to transition against collosus ZvP when I go for a heavy muta/ling build. Should I throw in corruptors? Here's my idea: Get enough roach, corruptor such that when his army push out, use roach to tank, and muta/corruptor snipe all collosus then roll in the zerglings.
I have been playing heavy base trading style at the moment with muta/ling and been just avoiding the deathball and it's pretty effective, but if they just double back and kill my army then I'm toast, sure I can fly the mutalisks away but I'll lose all my lings hmm...
So yeah, advise on that please!
OMG master leagueee!! :DDD that's like hitting C- for me looll, which is never.
edit: http://www.sc2replayed.com/replays/136146-1v1-protoss-zerg-shakuras-plateau this replay where I lost, and next game we did a re and I won which got me into master haha :D

Gross, the new iCCup blog.

Here's my idea: Get enough roach, corruptor such that when his army push out, use roach to tank, and muta/corruptor snipe all collosus then roll in the zerglings. Don't, just keep building muta/ling. In an engagement vs the Protoss ball, what you want ideally is for the lings to tank the stalkers while the mutas kill them (lings can shred stalkers too if the stalkers are focusing the mutas). That way, after the engagement, it's your mutas vs his colossi, and colossi can't shoot up.

haha, your name on bnet is evanelbouncy? :-D congrats though!

err.........and what do you do when your lings evaporate because you didn't focus the colossi down with your mutas/corruptors.....you're saying that you should get them separated which a good toss won't do...

are you sure about that? how is P defending muta harass then? does he keep the slower colossus in the stalker ball while keeping the mutas out of his base?
on topic: gratz!

....most people will make cannons in their mineral line and i know if i see mutas as protoss Im making phoenix.....so against someone like me its purely phoenix/stalker/colossi which will melt muta/ling all day long...
|
Good job, keep up the good work. That being said, as a protoss player, I have come to love when zergs go muta/ling. It's rather easy to stop now with the massability of phoenix, and zerglings are pretty useless vs enough zealots/sentrys or even a colo. I'd say just stop going muta/ling ALL the time and focus on a more roach/corrupter heavy army

congratulations sir
try to hold that #2 spot, lol
