At 9 pm today, I swear I remember telling myself that I need to turn on the fan cause its so damn hot in my room (no, its not cause I lost 4 ladder games in a row and my blood is boiling from the rage) and during the later hours (3 am- 4 am) it gets really cold.
I've heard from somewhere that your body temperature drops during these hours, but why at this time? Scientific reasons I bet.
I know this might sound silly, just hold your breath for a second here, but it might be ghosts. Yes lol. I'm not very superstitious person but someone once told me that 3 am is the time when spirits / ghosts emerge into the living world. Maybe...if we're a little crazy enough to believe...maybe we're so cold during this time of the day because spirits are around us and "chill" us with their presence that we cannot see. That's just my crazy theory anyway. Feel free to laugh at me

ROFL! I don't know about that, man, there's some pretty good science behind why your body gets colder at night. You reminded me of a time from grade 8, a girl once told me a ghost passed through me when I shivered.
However, I'm not gonna go hating on ghosts, they could be watching GSL with me.
EDIT: Put on a sweater, I'm feeling nice and warm right now.

Sun isn't out at 9 pm either

I don't know, but try killing a couple of ghosts to gets things hot again.

residual heat? things soak up the energy from the sun and have to cool down at night when the air temperature reduces? so it ends up maintaining temperature? or something? i'm just guessing here

I don't remember much about body temperature and it's relation to sleep but I'd imagine that during rest it does drop a little. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I can say more confidently that the period before the Sun rises at dawn is the coldest time of day because the Earth has lost most of it's absorbed energy from when the Sun was last up giving off radiation. This may account for why you feel colder at around those times--maybe it just is actually colder internally and externally!?

Depends on the heat capacity of the surroundings. On planets like Mercury, where there's little water or atmosphere, the temperatures go to extremes (enough to cook you during the day to below freezing at night). If you live in a place that's not close a large body of water, changes in season (and during the day) can be pretty sudden and intense.
Also, on a very micro-scale, most of your heat-generating appliances such as lightbulbs, computers, and TVs are turned off during nighttime.
Back when I had my computer in another room and left it on overnight, there would be a very noticeable difference in the temperature of that room and the room I slept in.

It's the heroin, trust me.

Um it's already been explained more or less but the reason why it's colder than 3am than 9pm despite being dark at both times is because it takes a while after the sun goes down for the environment to cool off. It is more or less fully explained by science without the need for ghosts in the theory.

Thats also why the temperature drops so rapidly when snow is covering the ground. The majority of heat in an environment comes from the sun heating the ground, then the ground releasing that energy.
That and ghosts.

You don't need all this stupid science if you explain it with ghosts either. Ghosts did it. Case closed.

Just train an observer and then pick off the ghosts with your HTs feedback.
Unless you're a zerg scumbag.
Then you're gonna stay cold.

as a physics major i fully endorse ghosts

I think it's a body thing, since even when I sleep somewhere with a regulated temperature, I feel colder when I wake up than I did going to bed.
Anyways, what makes you think ghosts are only around when you sleep at night? They're all around you right now o_O watching you read this.

Please forward your excessive ghosts to hot and poor countries.

everyone knows science is not real but only an illusionary concept taught by society to surpress our psychic powers innate in human beings

You see? There is no reason to have any faith in humanity. Science and technology is currently and will be ruling the world. However, too many don't know shit about it. This language of science isn't getting easier to understand if you stay ignorant and this train of technology isn't moving any slower in 10 years from now. This train won't stop departing, but I'll advise you to take the first one you can catch.
btw, this is not specific to this blog.

You trolling skills are at like lvl 1 currently, I recommend you grind some starter areas such as the Youtube comments section and avoid TL until you are of appropriate competence.
