Preface:
You are proud and high-profile member of Workers' Party of Korea, and is saddened by invitation to the terrible yet inevitable meeting that will change the nation forever. The Great Leader who led the country strong against threats from greedy imperialists - Kim Jong il - has finally succumbed to his death, and you fly to his private mansion deep hidden within the mountain to discuss the country's future with it's new leader Kim Jong un. Invitees arrive one by one, and you do not recognize anyone except Domestic Security Minister and Military General you have once met briefly. While fourteen of you sit on the conference table waiting for the new leader to arrive, small raindrops start to fall around the mountain that preludes the murderous event that will take all the cunning and devilry you learned in order to survive in this harsh politicial environment...

1. Flaming (personal attacks) will not be allowed. However, aggressively or harshly criticizing someone's arguments is NOT equivalent to demeaning someone and will be allowed.
2. Cheating is not allowed and will result in mod-kill and PERMANENT ban from any future games. Following are the list of offenses I have borrowed and editted from TL:

This setup follows the deadline lynch; thus player are free to change their votes around even when someone has been voted by majority on some point of the day.
6. You must post at least once in this thread per one time cycle. (from the start of the day to the end of the following night) Failure to comply will result in replacement and potential ban.
7. In case where you require to be afk for sudden real-life problems, the rule five and six may be relaxed by discretion of the mod:

9. Strategic mod-kill/replacements are NOT allowed.
10. My game follows 24 hour night/48 hour day cycle. However, if 1/2 of living players request so I'll grant 24 hour extension (to do so post ##extension). Only one 24 hour extension is allowed per day, except in case of clear lylo in which case two extension will be allowed per day.
11. In order to sign in you must post /in or ##in here. Signups will be closed once the required number of people have been reached. After the game has started, you may also PM the mod to join the Replacement list.

Everyone here is really equal so equal is equal. During the day our people vote to Lynch a suspicious fellow and to Propose the action to our Committee to use the upcoming night (##Propose [Action]). Action types are:
- Investigate: Check alignment of a player.
- Night Kill: Kill a player.
- Protect: Protect a player.
Below two actions are resolved at the end of day and therefore cannot be roleblocked; since no one submit any choices during the night, night will also end immediately. - No Action: Current committee roster is skipped without carrying out an action.
- Elect (CAN ONLY BE USED TWICE): By posting ##Propose Elect [Player], you can make him/her Head Councilman. Permanent fourth spot at the committee will be created for HC and HC will be immune to NK as long as the Military General is alive (If MG is elected no protection is offered).
When ##Propose Elect has the highest vote count out of all the other action choices by deadline, the action will succeed with day being extended 12 hours in order to give time for those who have not selected ##Propose Elect to make their HC vote; night ends immediately but current committee roster is not skipped. Electing new HC while there are alive HC will result in the elected player taking the position away from orginal HC.

Voting for Propose Action is not mandatory.
Our Beloved Party is actually run by our variable Committee: 3 different people gets in the Committee everyday chosen by the player list secuentially (explained more later). So all the Actions are targeted by those 3 (and only them get the anwers from Watch and Investigate ).
- Committee can discuss with each other in the thread at night to determine and vote the target of the elected action. They can not do it privately.
- Anyone who is not Committee member cannot post during the night.
- In case of a tie inside the committee a RNG is run.

The Secret Domestic Security Minister (1). As long as he is alive, the Party can use Elect and Investigate. If he dies The Party loses both powers.

The Saboteur (1): Stops the Committee Action once per game. The Party will be informed by night post that Saboteur used his abilitiy, and everyone will be able to talk in that night phase.

Basic tl;dr version
- Player can make two types of vote during the day: Lynch vote (mandatory) and Action vote (optional).
- "Committee" of three players can talk in thread during the night; they will decide the target of the action which had just been voted for.
- "Committee" member is chosen by player list everyday, going on order of top to bottom.
- All mafia members must submit their kill & action target before day deadline.
- Town Power Roles in the game are just Enablers.

- When Enabler for the action people voted for is lynched, no committee meeting takes place and everyone will be able to talk that night.
- When Enabler for the action people voted for is killed during the night, the chosen ability will still be carried out successfully.
- Regarding Saboteur, your actions will fail if you are lynched on the day you decide to activate your action. Your abilities will be carried out, however, even if you are killed on the night the activity is used.
- Elect is special ability that stands out from rest of three; it's like mayoral election that provides 100% safety to the elected and is powerful protection method.
