Going to post up little random bits of player trivia from Korean cast of GSL3 matches.
-oGsMC whose real name is 장민철 (Jang Min-Chul) was formerly known as IrOn in BW! He likely got this name from his own name where 철(Chul) means iron.
-oGsVines (who played against Sen in the GSL3 ro64) apparently got 2nd place in the in-house ranking tournament prior to playing in the GSL.
-Sen, in preparation for the GSL, has been staying in the IM house and practicing with IM team members. The IM team coach says Sen has been winning against MVP and other IM players during practice.
I'll update with more little tidbits as I come across them as I watch some of the games I missed.
--- UPDATE
-IMNesTea, after winning GSL season 2 was asked what he was going to do after winning. He said he wanted to rest but because of the all-star league and GSL 3 coming up, he went directly back to serious practicing.
-Jys, who was known in the beta days as being a good late game player, was asked what he feels his own strengths are. He replied that he believes he's good at every aspect of the game.
-jookToJung says that the player who left the biggest impression on him from GSL2 was IMNesTea and says that the player he wants to avoid meeting in the tournament is IMNesTea and TSL_FruitDealer
-oGsTheWind says that the players he wants to avoid are the entire oGs team and that his rival is TSL_FruitDealer.
-DaeZang (BW pro) also known as 박대만 (Park Dae Man) , One of the Korean commentators who used to main Protoss recently switched to Random. He says the reason for this is because of the number of ZvT matches which are being played in the GSL. He wants to be able to provide proper insight on this matchup. He wants to be able to provide proper insight on this matchup. He recently hit 2400 on the Korean ladder as Random.

It's really interesting. IMNesTea vs Sen tommorow in ro32. They practice together so they know eachother's strategy and thinking probably. Will be very interesting :D

Sen sounds like a beast... too bad he has to play NesTea.

Foxer lost 0-2 to sAviOr in the Korean Air OSL S1 prelims.
FruitDealer was 3-0 against NaDa in BW.

These are too tame... Rekrul's were better. Who's having sex with who...

I love Tastosis but I would much rather hear most of this stuff during the GSL cast instead of hearing random Pokemon facts. Keep updating, interesting stuff.

-SlayerSBoxer was seen holding a cheerful in the pregame for IMNestea v MakaPrime. The sign read "Nerf nydus worms~! " "prime.we MAKA JJANG~" "SlayerS clan JJANG~" and on the side "Best Cheerful~!"
JJANG in Korean is something along the lines of the best

I don't know, the hamster knowledge, the x-men debate, the pokemon comparisons - as a whole it's pretty compelling viewing.
Not that some drama from the world of korean ESPORTS would be unwelcome.
