My friends and I would struggle to stay up till 2 am (lol, it was a struggle then now its early for me) because our older siblings would want the phone or computer during the day, but it was epic nonetheless. I think even the novelty of staying up that late and playing against each other, which was otherwise a rarity for video games (for me at least) as everything was so console oriented then, made it more special than regular gaming today. Definitely miss those times ;'( But yeah this thread is nostalgic. It's adorable how you're at exactly 499 posts because you wanna change your name haha.

Convincing my parents to let me build a computer and lanning on BW for 8+ hours with one buddy, getting only good at one match up- all sounds exactly like me. I hope you're in good shape. That would have made all my versions of those memories soooo much better :p
