Well i've created this thread to help me find an answer to whats wrong with me here's my story! i started drinking not too long ago maybe 1 year ago now and ive had no problems drinking whatsoever... i love drinking its really fun to get drunk/tipsy and hang out with your friends and stuff... but then one night i went to this party with a couple of friends and i drank so much vodka with 7up and bitter and stuff and i seemed fine and i got really drunk and had fun! so then when i was on my way back home in my friends car i started feeling really sick which was the first time it happened to me after drinking i use to drink no problem, so i started throwing up here and there and my friend took me back to my place then i started feeling better and i went to sleep, next day i was a little hung over but like it was okay... so then a week after that we wanted to go out have dinner somewhere and i ordered a margarita... i had a few sips and i wanted to order more alcohol because i LOVE getting tipsy/drunk its so much fun...! but then after those first few sips i just started feeling like if i drink some more im going to throw up! and ever since then i always want to drink every couple ofdays but when i try some i just feel like im gonna throw up... its so weird i want to be able to drink again! can anyone give me some advice ?

I would listen to your body and not push yourself. Not everybody drinks, it just doesn't work with some people. I don't drink myself, it's not the end of the world. If you can't have fun without drinking then that's another issue.

Drinking is cool, drinking too much at the point of throwing up is not, makes some funny story for your buddies but you should care about something else really -_- So.... just listen to your body, enough is enough.

Listen to it, at least for a bit. Your body knows stuff.

My advice is to ask your friends for help. Tell them to stop you from drinking once you had too many (e.g. 5?). Warn them that you'll be an unreasonable prick when they stop you (coz you're just starting to get high), but the next day, you'll thank them and respect them even more. And if they do stop you, make sure you thank them and apologise if you were unreasonable. It will build their trust to stop you the 2nd time.

What is strange with you is that you both want to drink and feel bad at the same time. I guess you can consider yourself lucky that you have this feeling so that it can help you to reduce your drinking habit. Drink less, you will enjoy it more.

You sound underage and appear to have almost no concept of alcohol actually affects your body. I would also recommend learning about how alcohol affects the body in general, as well as ignoring how alcohol affects your friends. Just because your friends may be okay after drinking, it doesn't mean everybody is.

imagine how much your body is screaming for you to stay away from it , every time u get near it your body is screaming out like a tiny fragile ant in sorching sunlight "omg no get awayyyy" its like our ears arent connected to our bodies...theyre there, and we hear whats going on....we just dont listen. start listening to ur body and realise it is a tool that was not designed for this malicuous and abundant lifestyle. it is your vessal in this short path of time we each have......wud u go drilling holes in your boat even after seeing the leaks and rising water?

If you can't have fun without drinking then that's another issue. how is that advice relevant..? he's talking about a whole week after the event and he felt like he wanted to throw up after half a margarita that isn't normal or standard at all. Idk what to tell you man id suggest giving it another week or two if its still like that go to a doctor and ask them, they usually know that sort of thing. edit- i don't understand the rest of the people in this thread don't listen to any of them they are all retarded. i assume you didn't make this blog because you wanted people to give you some pretentious moral critique of your lifestyle

People can feel adverse effects of drinking even weeks after, it's just adverse conditioning. It can happen with anything you eat/drink. I remember when I was..about 15 or so, I had a really bad stomach flu after eating chicken. I seriously could not even stand the smell of chicken alone for an entire year after that event. I did not start eating chicken until a year and a half later. Point being that, if his or her body (I am referring to the OP), is feeling adverse effects from drinking, he or she should stop. It's not abnormal, it's fairly common actually.
