I'm not a big blogger usually, but what just happened to me was one of those rare moments you wonder why some people play games.
So I was playing this game, TvT on Xel'Naga Caverns. I'm Platinum btw. When I see this map coming up and my opponent is not Zerg I already prepare for some proxy play (Steppes is about 50% on this level I think, Caverns not that bad though). So after I say hf, no response. That usually increases the chance for some cheese in my experience. Later the guy asks me about my league and says that he's Gold, having the Ghost icon (250 wins with T) but says he's very bad with Terran. I find out later he's Platinum too.
So when I scout his base I can't find a thing so I start building a Bunker next to my other structures and I see how he's building one too in reach of my rax. I actually reacted a bit wrong and started turteling and building up some stuff while he builds like 6 bunkers all around my base. Since I still got my SCV in his base i start building 2 barracks there too and kill some of his SCV's and the depos.
To make it short, I expand with my scouting SCV and roll him fairly easily since he's unable to kill anything but my CC (which I kinda neglected). When he realizes that he might lose he starts shittalking me: + Show Spoiler [Read bottom to top in the log] + I don't know about that, personally I never flame, not when I lose and not when the opponent flames a bit. This guy had over 700 games so he should be used to losing. Sure, he tried to make me only chat and not do anything so he could build up again and still win, but imo it's just pathetic if you gotta do stuff like that to win a game that you just totally failed in.
I kinda feel like I'm becoming pro in defeating cheese oO
Is it like that in all the leagues or just under the noobs?
BTW. I have no idea what he's talking about in the end..

bleh uber BM...sometimes i BM 5x as much when someone cheeses me.

My favorite response to anyone saying anything in game is "Mature language filter sry."
|
I approve of BMing back when the opponent BMs me first.
That being said... what language are you two speaking? I'm only fluent in English.

another day, another person bm'ing and complaining over a loss. This seems to get old very fast. =(

That's funny, I always like when people BM me so I can post the logs to my friends man, it's hilarious. Doesn't sound too bad, and he's just extremely butthurt. There's really no use in trying to talk some guy who's being super BM in a logical manner. You might as well just play along or something, like say it's your first game ever, because even if you do talk to them and try to help them improve their game, they're just gonna call you a noob and never spell out "you".

During a 2v2 earlier, a toss lad moved in on my while I was kind of on the ropes, but I had the time to build a few sentries, so I just locked down my ramp.
Eventually, my teammate was able to come in and knock him while I came down my ramp and hit him. He just typed, "FAGGOT" and left shortly after :/

Hes stroking your ego by saying that you think in various ways and that your mental is sick. What BM?
