I just thought I'd share a short story.
On June 27th, I ordered a TL shirt. The sleek, sexy, light blue emblem would be proudly donned on my chest, wherever I go. It says you must wait 8-10 business days for the typical shipping wait. Kick ass. A little over a week ago, I gave them an email essentially asking what's happening, did it get stuck at the border where the morons there are searching the package for drugs? It wouldn't surprise me, which is why I waited so long. Instead of the expected response of "Yes, it'll be coming", they actually said they didn't know, and would send another. Now, I don't know how they normally do things, but that is awesome business practice. Printfection has kept this customer more than happy, because today I recieved a shirt. Now, given the 8-10 business day wait, I do believe that means it's too early to be the second, so I have another on the way! I'll be making my girlfriend wear the extra ^^
On a side note, I've never played a better set of games than when I put on that shirt. I don't know what it was, but I kicked ass on the ladder. My personal opinion? Every single person should purchase one of these immediately - They treat you real good, and it apparently makes you much better at Starcraft.

nah the shirt you got is probably the 2nd one they sent.
the whole 8-10 business day thing is just a scheme to make you pay more for faster shipping

Yeah Printfection support is really nice, one of the reasons we went with them. The shipping is hit and miss internationally though, to keep it cheap it isn't tracked so it can get delayed.

I ordered a shirt in like late June too, and at the beginning of this month I realized I hadn't gotten mine either, so I sent them an email and they said the same thing, that they'll send another. Glad to see you got yours, gives me faith. I hope I get mined soon :<

Yeah this whole wearing a TL shirt while laddering to kick ass makes me want to buy a TL shirt even more.
