BTW Ace, for penalty mafia, basically we're on lylo now. I'm pretty sure that mafia is going to get a flawless victory. And just saying. TL Mafia has turned me from a 93 post count loser to a Zealot! (still a loser . But I can roflstomp zerglings!) | ||

Say in a 30 person game with 6 mafia. should the mafia have a 30/6 (~17%) chance of winning? or should there be a 50/50. If it is 50/50 then over time everyone will lose more games than they win, as more people lose when town loses than when mafia loses. Still 17% is low and may make it exhausting for the people who get mafia to know they will often lose. Of course this is theoretical as analysis etc changes the odds, but with everything factored in where would be the best place to split the chances? | ||

Aim closer to 50/50. 17% means they'll almost surely lose. | ||

Mafia is supposed to give both sides an equal chance of winning, not to make the sure majority of players win | ||
