Chevy Chase is in it as well as the little asian guy from The Hangover. Shit's fawkin hilaaaarious.
The main character of Community is also doing some Host/MC work at E3 so he's extra cool in that department.
LOL how dare you forget the name of the greatest character ever, SENOR CHANG

modern family is the best comedy out in years. Some really clever writing and strong charachters there

2 And a Half Men is utter crap and boring. The jokes are PAINFULLY unfunny. Especially in the most recent seasons.
YOU ARE ALL WRONG AND IM IMPOSING MY POINT OF VIEW ON EVERYONE

The Drey Carey Show was fantastic. Particularly the early seasons.

if it already hasn't been mentioned a billion times; watch all 9 series of SCRUBS. the ninth season is set a bit diff and admittedly not as funny as the other seasons but still wroth the watch GREAT SERIES ~:D

not really a sitcom, but Who's Line Is It Anyway always brings me to tears everytime i watch it.

I Agree with and enjoy all the shows in Your OP, After scanning the pages of this I didn't see The Cosby Show mentioned. I know it's old, and when I was little I didn't appreciate it. But I've come to love it. Perhaps it just grows on you but I would give it a try.

Everybody Loves Raymond: God tier.

This. Another show from this season that's actually far better than it's premise is Cougar Town. It's stupid funny but very tongue-in-cheek about it.
Also agree with Californication and Arrested Development recommendations. Arrested Development is easily one of the best comedy shows of all time.
Oh and also check out Better Off Ted.

That 70's show is so epic! Arrested Development is a must too!

The Big Bang Theory & Two and a Half Men get the most ratings. So they're really popular, plus imo they are the two best sitcoms on tv.

two and a half men is best Modern family is pretty good new one.
|
Arrested Development is the best comedy show ever imo. Glad to see it getting so much love in this thread
To name something that hasn't been mentioned yet at all: Party Down, pretty unusual but it's one of my favourite comedy shows for sure. Since they aren't on some big network they are free to do what they want and it's nice to hear "fuck" for once in an american show.
Gonna go check out Community now..

Archer, a spy sitcom from the creators of Frisky Dingo. It's a similar style but more accessible and funnier.
The Tick, a live-action super hero sitcom based on The Tick! Only 9 episodes long but it's worth watching.
Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny, Community and Parks & Rec are all awesome, too. I think I'm going to have to put in an anti-recommendation for Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory.

curb your enthusiasm is great, but it gradually got worse each season after like the third or fourth one. the beginning stuff was really good.
arrested development is also really good. too bad it ended short

6th season was amazing man :O (although yea 7th wasnt as strong as the others)
this thread is awfully depressing when I realize how many people like shows that I find to be complete and utter crap omg. faith in society severely weakened lol

Scrubs is pretty good, like seasons 1-8? the ones before they have the medschool. At least i like it.

How I met your mother. I was really skeptical about it at first because, well, the name and plot sound really lame but I watched it and it turned out to be one of the best shows I've watched. You should give that a shot.
