Atletico over Barca or Real sounds pretty ambitious. It can always happen, but I definitely struggle to put them above the two giants in any kind of probability based ranking.
city winning the ucl doesnt give england another spot. it just means city get to play in ucl again, which they were going to anyway. if city finished 5th and liverpool in the top 4, then england would have 5 this season

Barça/Real will take care of the league in Spain. And PSG will def take care of Ligue 1.
As for UCL, I need to see a few matches first to gaudge how city will be doing this year. For some reason I have the feeling the motivation factor will play in, specially without any big signing to be taking everyone else above and beyond their current status quo.
