Yes the "+30% market value due being english" is something Bayern is supposed to be too smart to actually pay. To me it's another sign that their management isnt as competent as it used to be. | ||

He fits perfectly into their lineup, both as a focal point and feeding the plethora of wide forwards they have. He will instantly become their first choice penalty taker, Bayern only converted at 60% last season. How many other 25+ goal a season forwards can you get for less than what Bayern are paying? They are one of few teams who can afford him now, if they wait a year for his contract to expire, suddenly many others can afford him and they might miss out. It's a no-brainer imo | ||
