i tought a lot about this topic in the past and after a while a found a routine that seemed to not only warm/loosen my hands/fingers greatly, but actually helped with basic mechanics of the game...
1)5 to 10 minutes of https://aimtrainer.io/ (precision/challenge modes)
2)5 to 10 minutes of drills (aka keep ur probe alive while macroing or just freestyle macro cycles with keyboard usage emphasis)+ Show Spoiler + AKA spam the shit out of your keyboard
3) 3 to 5 minutes of stretching wrist/arm/fingers
i think it also helps to get u in the mood of playing the game.. which is way more important than actually getting warm before games XD

Tbh, that's not a bad routine. I've also read a paper on using Osu! as a game for warming up (as some pro players do). They basically found the same effect; better in-game results due to better cognitive and moto-control functioning.
Furthermore, many studies (besides the one mentioned in the article) use physical warm-up and found similar results. So, some moderate physical exercise before gaming benefits players (and their performance).
