By your advice I'm deeply heartened, for you see my legs do pain me sorely, Dull aches through my legs have sharpened, I must from now on stretch more surely
Still 'cross plains I watch them scurry, Their pounding feet 'gainst dew soaked grass, Legs all constant motion, a grim flurry Sun sheen on shoes, and all of glass
And so I'll run until a stitch rends, 'til setting sun the moon eclipses, And like my runs this sonnet ends, In vaguely disappointed ellipsis
But most of all I'm glad to see, I'm not as 'lone as I thought I'd be

Give this guy a blue star. All his (12) posts are filled with quality.

This guy's gonna get legendary if he manages to keep this up for ~100 posts and over. And for pretty good reason too, for some reason I fail at writing poetry.
|
Well at least these are simple to interpret.

It's more a matter of repetition and schedule. If you set yourself up in a routine and continue to do that routine, then you will feel yourself being able to complete it easier and easier as you do it more often. Make sure you do it though; one day of 'nah I'll do it tomorrow' and eventually every day will be like that. Commitment is key. Goodluck. ^_^

Starting off is hard, but small progress is still good. Persist through each day.

whats with all the trozz wannabes springing up at the same time :C

I know this man, he does not deserve a blue star.

How do you check people's posting histories?

Good shoes and take it slow.

Eat non-processed foods until you are no longer hungry. Drink as much water as humanly possible Run hard with good shoes on grass if possible for 30-45 minutes as many times a week as possible.

Homie, I don't know what kind of nature thing you are trying to sell here, but there is no way I am ever going to run on raggedy, potholed grass. No sir. Flat surfaces rock.

I should own up, my diet's poor, To mars and coke do my tastes trend, Hence forth shall I try to be mature, In fruit's direction shall I tend
'til now on grass have I been running, Perhaps 'tis on this account my ankles ache, So from now on I feel a yearning, To feel my feet on solid substrate
If nothing else I'm running further, Happy too to say that I feel fitter, And poor sleep gived me far less bother, Of these benefits I'm all atwitter,
A huge thanks to all who've so far posted, Without the advice I'd be pretty much toasted
