There was a 6.9 earthquake just now in Baja California. I live in San Diego and it lasted for like 20 seconds... Scared the shit out of me. I mean... no actual damage but gives you a "WHAT'S GOING ON!?" feeling. Pretty much just a couple things fell off the shelves. We never have earthquakes this long or this strong though. I wonder how strong it was at the epicenter... And usually I never actually realize it is an earthquake till someone else tells me.

i felt it also, ran under the door for the first 10 sec, then bolt out the house cuz the shit didnt stop for another 10 second.

Man. my brother freaked the hell out. he's like 25 too. he complained about how bad his heart was beating. it was kinda funny but quite a new experience for us SoCal people i'm guessing. i was in my bed for like 10 seconds and then decided that it wasn't ending when my stuff fell off the shelves and bolted to my door. my brother is freaking out after every aftershock too (i wrote this as one just happened).

downtown san diego

my whole house was literally rocking back and forth (32nd floor) like crazy for atleast 3 minutes, it was like trying to walk on a boat thats in rough waters it was fking unreal, doors opening and closing slamming non stop, cupboards opening closing i got broken shot glasses all over my kitchen now

and yea still feel a bit dizzy

have been a few more smaller ones after that
