Good scbw players without keys

Are there any top players without keys left? I was lucky enough to get the invite a friend key. Should I make a tournament for the remaining good players or just give it to someone?
If there are enough players then maybe a tournament.

Invite them all to your house and have them clean your bathrooms. Whoever does the best job gets the key.

The point is to give it to someone. I'm pretty sure there are no top level well known players without keys, and Blizzard isn't only trying to get input from the very best, they want input from all sorts of players. If you have a friend who plays, give it to them. If you don't, find someone who has a friend who plays, or if you want just be randomly kind and give it to someone on TL. But read the Blizzard TOS first.
