Yah was gonna make it so you just say what X number of maps you want but then I gotta count shit and it's too much effort

More info to come once I get in touch with Geoff and Brent to find out when EG are available and then Brent is free to cast some replays. I will make a new thread about the showmatch later and as for the finals I am not sure how to get it broadcast and it's short notice so we'll see.

Anyway preditctions! I think VIC got a bit rorted by the matchups, which are very unfavourable.

Pinder cheesed his way to an impressive 2-0 last time these two met, but Final should be well prepared this time, playing it safe and taking control like he did against Backlash. Pinder should take a game off him on one of his own map choices but Final to take the set.

This should be a really exciting set, as PerfectHydra is capable of some really strong play with good map coverage and reaction speed. But Etude is Etude - I expect this to be close either way but I give the nod to Etude to take it 2-1. Wouldn't be surprised at an upset here.

First of all it's ZvZ which is hard to predict anyway, but secondly the two players are hard to account for - sensei is a bit up and down in ZvZ as far as I know, and Pred has not played SC for a while. Flip a coin for this one.

This is interesting, as KarnivooL and PerfectHydra can make a solid 2v2 combo but SenSei and Meiru are also very strong on the 2v2 front. I think that the VIC 2v2 team will edge it here because of Othello and then their own map choice giving them a slight edge.

If prestokang shows up, he should win it but really it depends on the matchup. He is weaker at T and FrZ was working on his own ZvT when he had to face Etude so who knows what could happen if stars aligned.

Superstar matchup here and hard to predict, but KarnivooL is simply playing more lately and should have some impressive cheeses to compliment his solid standard play.

Also guys it's actually helpful if you can get your games played before the Saturday, as I am expecting delays and maybe postponed games because of the MSL finals.

In order to keep the showmatch and grand final on schedule play your games earlier if you can!

Pred - forgot about your widsom teeth :O You can play the game early if you are free any time during the week. Unfortunately can't postpone anything it all has to be on schedule cos I am moving in Feb and might not have access to net/SC for a while.

It's funny how you're getting your teeth done too pred

I get 3 implants put in friday morning, although the periodontist assures me that it will be much less painful than the past procedures I have gone through (3 teeth pulled out. Then 2 screw implants put into my gums). And I don't think it requires much more than a local. So we shall both be a bit battered and bruised. The worst thing about my teeth is that it's cost my parents a little over $15,000 to get it all done and fixed... just for 3 fucking teeth! Took a month off their planned europe trip for the year, haha.
