Like, how well can you spy on people down the street? I haven't tried using it during the day. Hopefully it isn't going to be cloudy again tonight. I'm thinking of making an Astronomy Thread if I get the time in the General Forum. No, she just helped me put it togther. That's my brother's bunk and mine. She sleep in another room -.- On November 15 2009 01:31 Pandarus wrote: But maybe he lives on the southern hemisphere. But then you can look at the bulge of the milky way. Jupiter is the first thing you will see right now. You can see it through the clouds sometimes even with the naked eye. But if you live too far west it may be too low on the horizon. I do live in the Southern Hemisphere. Jupiter is very bright in the night sky, you can see it very clearly with the naked eye. I have a cheap pair of 12X32 binoculars, and I can faintly see two-three of Jupiter's moons. On November 15 2009 02:39 konadora wrote: 90 AUS dollars? Made sense to me If I can take photos using the telescope, I'll make sure to post them up. Again, if all goes well, I'll make an Astronomy thread, there has to be enthusiastic astronomers lurking on tl

It's really cloudy tonight, so unfortunately I can't try it out, but I'm eagerly awaiting a clear night sky! Any hot neighbors? >_> What?

Anyway, there are cloudy patches and it's 8:25pm, still not dark enough to see any stars. There's no moon which will also help find darker objects. I hope it clears up a little!
