Physically. I'm not here to rant about my emo girl problems if that's what you were expecting
I think my health right now might be at an all time low. For starters, I lost nearly 10 kg during the past year, mostly due to lack of exercise and poor nutrition. On top of that I'm a regular smoker now, which may be the main cause of my feeling like crap.
I don't know where to start, really. I seem to not be able to digest my food well. I've thrown up almost daily this week (within a few hours of eating). To make things worse I'm not eating good food to begin with (ramen, fast food etc). It's hard to get hold of good food (nutrition + taste) around here. Then again, I stopped eating at the school cafeteria for years because it tasted bad but it was as close to the typical asian food served at home as you can get around here. I should consider eating there more often even though it tastes 'ok' at best.
I'm probably vitamin deprived as well. At home, I'd get plenty of fruits and juice but the only sources of vitamin I can get conveninently are bananas and fruit juice which is overpriced even with the student discount -_-
I'm not broke or anything. It's just that this place is shit when it comes to variety in food. I eat donkatsu 3-4 times a week and the other days I eat at the nearby burger king or just skip lunch and wait til dinner so I can sort of make up for lunch. But that doesn't work that well either since I lose my appetite by then.
I try to enjoy the food I eat but that's been rare. I've only been eating out of necessity. Lastly, I've been sleeping really late and taking naps in the afternoon after I somehow manage to drag myself to morning lectures. I've read some stuff about exposure to the sun for vitamin (?) and how irregular sleeping patterns can fuck up your internal clock and cause negative health effects.
Just to clarify things:
I'm not feeling weak. My tummy often feels uncomfortable. I don't feel like eating even when I should.
yea, I feel like shit. Help me.
Advice + info appreciated.

You really need to quit smoking. You will have an increased apetite, the vitamins you do take in will be absorbed more effectively, and you will feel better overall. I know in Korea people smoke a lot, but it really is a problem. Some of this just sounds like a side effect of being a smoker. ;o

Are you trying to adapt to a brand new environment right now, such as college? If so, you might need a little time to get adjusted and then you'll start feeling normal again (this same thing happened to me for the first couple weeks my freshman year of college).
If you are having trouble with digestion, I would suggest drinking coffee and eating wheaty/grainy stuff, such as oatmeal or grape nuts cereal. I used to have digestion problems but as soon as I started drinking coffee the problems went away completely.

Yeah, man. Quit smoking and maybe turn to half a bottle of sparkling mineral water once a day.

Try chewing a lot before swallowing. It is basic, but it helps.

Obviously try to quit smoking and get a blood test to see what minerals/vitamins are lacking.
Im not expert by any means but maybe you have an intestinal parasite or something? I guess that would explain the weight loss but not sure about throwing up.

Simple version: Eat more, exercise more. Put effort into both. If you need tips on bachelor cooking, feel free to pm me and tell me what you've got to work with. I recall you not having access to a kitchen, so that complicates things. I, however, went from eating instant soup every day to cooking spinach souffle' in my undergrad years, so don't get discouraged!

I feel you bro... got diagnosed with mono yesterday and haven't eaten for two days. I have literally the worst sore throat ever, it hurts to breathe.
For the next 6 weeks to 6 months I can be looking forward to having no energy and all I'll want to do is sleep. The sore throat will go away hopefully within a week, but just having it for the next 10 seconds makes me want to just off a tall building.

Smoke weed instead of cigarettes. Solves appetite problems, calms nausea, satisfies oral fixation(smoking).
If its your thing..

fast food often contains flavour enhancers like Monosodium glutamate. if you eat those often normal stuff will start to taste boring.... cut down on that junk and relearn to enjoy normal meals, good luck

When I was in college as a single guy, one day it hit me that it had been about 6 months since I had eaten a vegetable and I was starting to feel the way you are describing. The problem is that getting good food requries effort and to be completely honest, neither you nor I are going to do that.
So what I did was I just decided to drink 1 V8 (the original) can every day. Sure, it tastes like crap but you can buy it for not very much and just chug it once a day. You will feel better about getting some sort of veggie in your diet and you don't have to try to cook (which honestly, is not going to happen). Its no the best option but it is easy and cheap.

I've starting cutting down on the smoking after I made this blog. I usually smoked a little more than a pack a day. It's hard to quit cold so I've came up with my own solution, which is not to buy my own pack of cigs. Since most of my friends smoke too, I'll leech off of them and buy them a pack now and then.
So far, I've only smoked a pack's worth over 3-4 days so I think it's working. I do feel better but I've also been eating healthier so only time will tell.

nicotine dosage. cut down on smoking and itll make you feel better. other than that i suggest V8.
