[Updated never]
Hi guys, since I'm not really good at contributing anything related to the StarCraft scene, I thought maybe I'd start a drawing blog and see if you'd be interested. In fact, I have always wanted to make a comic of some sort related to StarCraft (whether it's a story of a fictional pro gamer or a story within the SC universe) once I became good enough. For starters I uploaded some pictures I drew during the past few days in class, except one which I drew in 2006 (the face). I wish I had cool drawings of marines or zealots or something to make my blog more popular, but I still need more practice before I can draw anything that hard.
Anyway, I finally have some freedom this weekend so I'm staying up really late. If anyone wants a really quick sketch of something, let me know, and if the suggestion is good I'll upload something as quickly as possible.
Lastly, I'm sorry that the pictures are photos, not scans. I have no scanner

cool. i really like the looseness of your drawings

Cool, looks like you got some talent. Also it's always good seeing stuff that isn't SC related. The face is my fav

first picture is absolutelly amazing. You basically totally captured the movement of the character and i think i saw my dream girl in it for a second :s

Thanks :-) I'm really impatient so I'm trying to master the art of finishing everything in a few quick strokes. Unfortunately that means I'm still really bad at drawing detailed, involved pieces.

I always drew in class... sigh, I miss those good times... =] Looks good. I wish I could take the time again and draw some too. Sadly, whenever I do have time I don't feel like drawing.

Bottom picture is really good.

When you do loose lines your (and everybody's) well trained mind smooths it out, fills in blanks and adjusts everything to a preferable shape. So what you draw will look good to a larger variety of people but you might not be all looking at exactly the same thing.
When you start making the lines more solid and adding details there's less room for this so that's probably why it's harder. I think it's good to gradually progress there.

Very nice sketches. I hope you find a scanner. I'd like to see more.

Thanks for the responses guys. I dug out some more drawing photos from my cell phone - enjoy! Criticisms are also welcome from the seasoned artists that frequent TL.
First two in NSFW spoilers just in case.

Me like. Also if you can show a "complete" drawing. Sketches are cool but i want more :p

Second batch are even better. Amazing how much expression you can get into the face with a few quick strokes. Were those girls modelling for you? :p 5 stars.

nice!
your drawing style reminds me a lot of of Joe Kubert's.

Whoa. Very awesome drawings. I like how they're very, very accurate in pose and feminine attitude but not detailed at all.
Kudos, seriously on this one. I'm a bit of an artist myself and I couldn't hope to do this.

Very impressive. I love how you can capture the human escense with just a few of your doodles

Hey guys, I drew a couple of portraits this weekend - hope you like them. I'll keep on practicing and uploading my work through this entry. Again, feel free to comment critically on the technical aspects of my drawings (for example, maybe you can judge why the second subject's symmetry seems off).
If you haven't noticed already, they are both pictures based on Emma watson (you can't really tell with the first one - I have yet to figure out why it didn't turn out like the photo, which you can probably find on google images if you search Emma Watson).
Any other sorts of feedback, including questions, are always welcome :D I hope that some day I'll be able to integrate someone's face and body into a StarCraft setting.
