2. you probably don't need 1.5g/lbs unless you're trying to mass gain. 1g/lbs is sufficient for most athletic endeavors and maintaining mass. 3. hilarious writing. i commend you. | ||

http://www.nrdc.org/health/effects/mercury/index.asp If you want canned fish, try sardines, herring, or salmon. And I agree with what others have said, you shouldn't be eating that much protein. You should try and have a balanced diet, and only take it to extremes if you are pushing your body to a place where it needs to have a special diet. You do not need that much protein unless you are really trying to get huge or are preparing for competition, and I would guess that the flatulence you're experiencing may be due to a lactose intolerance, but it is more likely a mix of many factors including lifestyle changes (exercise) and your unbalanced diet. Obviously different things work for different people, but those are some things to try. | ||
