Deals with things like relaxation and concentration that are hardly talked about. Minor things I might disagree with though, such as, both feet planted on ground. Heck, if someone wants to play in full lotus, go right ahead. As long as it is pain free, stable, and alert position (spine straight)...fine. In fact, it is easier to keep spine straight in certain sitting postures than normal in a chair feel on the ground style. Legs falling asleep does not do any damage, and can be forgotten. Will finish reading it later, thx. re: Well, the point is that both feet firmly on the ground is not a given, and you should not write that it is. There are other options open which may be better if you are in good shape and know what you are doing.

Knickknack: I thought the better part of an hour whether to include that sitting cross-legged is fine when you are used to it (I know that a lot of Koreans do it) but finally decided against it because it is really not healthy for your legs going numb over an extended period of time. Of course you can ignore it, but in return you would have to sacrifice mental energy you could have used otherwise. SoulMarine: Thanks, definitely something I am going to add in the future updates of that guide.
