Reaver, I reckon.
It and scourge. The other have faiiirly analogous replacements; corruptor and colossus are quite different.
Though the main reason is simply that I'll miss scarab AI.

other: Dark Archon.
I really liked the lore for the templars and the archons, the duality of their ways, and these 4 are the most badass units out there, the real character of protoss.

I'm gonna have to vote Reaver, because right now most of the other units seem to have decent replacements. The Colossus is horseshit, both as a stand-alone unit and thematically. The Reaver with its scarabs and their hit-and-miss aspect makes it an intriguing and creative unit. The Colossus is Blizzard running out of ideas.

Scourge. I can't imagine having to pick off dropships and vessels without them, it'd just feel gimped

scourge and reaver - voted Scourge though, as I too feel it will be difficult to handle air and harass play without it T..T

Definitely the Reaver.... the micro is so sexy.... no amount collosus can change that!!! keep in mind my opinion might be subject to change in sc2 beta : P
